    摘要: An electronic control apparatus includes an exclusive power source wiring for a charge pump circuit which is discriminated from a common power source wiring. The exclusive power source wiring is connected to the common power source wiring via a via-hole va having the impedance larger than that of the wiring pattern. Similarly, the electronic control apparatus includes an exclusive ground wiring for the charge pump circuit which is discriminated from a common ground wiring. The exclusive ground wiring is connected to the common ground via an additional via-hole vb. Furthermore, a noise-suppressing capacitor C is connected between a power source wiring and a ground wiring. The power source wiring interposes between the via-hole va and the exclusive power source wiring, and the ground wiring interposes between the via-hole vb and the exclusive ground wiring.

    摘要: An ECU has a main IC and at least one auxiliary IC, with at least the auxiliary IC driving one or more MOS FETs to control supplying of power to respective electrical loads, e.g., in a vehicle. A stepped-up voltage, higher than the circuit power source voltage, is generated within the main IC and supplied to each auxiliary IC, for driving gate electrodes of the MOS FETs. Electrical noise produced by operation of a voltage step-up circuit in the main IC is effectively suppressed by elements that are coupled only to a power source terminal of the main IC alone.

    摘要: A switching power supply has first and second switching units and a control unit. Each switching unit has a switching element performing a switching operation to intermittently receive electric current from a battery while accumulating electric power in a coil and discharging this power to an output terminal. A resistor earthed is serially connected with each switching element. The resistance of the first resistor receiving the first current from the first switching element is lower than that of the second resistor receiving the second current from the second switching element. A maximum value of the first current is higher than that of the second current due to the difference between the resistors. The control unit controls the switching operations of the elements to boost the voltage of the battery and stops the switching operations in response to the first current exceeding an upper value.

    摘要: A switching power supply has first and second switching units and a control unit. Each switching unit has a switching element performing a switching operation to intermittently receive electric current from a battery while accumulating electric power in a coil and discharging this power to an output terminal. A resistor earthed is serially connected with each switching element. The resistance of the first resistor receiving the first current from the first switching element is lower than that of the second resistor receiving the second current from the second switching element.     摘要: In an ECU, a level adjusting unit communicable to first and second control circuits and a bus transceiver installed in the ECU receives first data and second data respectively transmitted from the first and second control circuits. The bus transceiver is communicable to a communication bus. When the first data and the second data are simultaneously received, the level adjusting unit merges the first data and the second data such that a first electric level of the first data wins with a second electric level of the second data. The level adjusting unit outputs the merged data to the bus transceiver.
