    摘要： A sub-lip is provided on an interior side wall portion of a main body having a U-shaped cross section in a vertical section of a glass run. The sub-lip extends from the interior side wall portion of the main body while inclined towards an inner side of a glass opening. A projecting length of the sub-lip is set such that a distal end portion of the sub-lip is brought into contact with a back surface of an interior seal lip when a door glass is inserted into an inner space of the main body.

    摘要： An automobile weather strip has a trim part having a substantially U-shaped section and a sealing part. The automobile weather strip is characterized in that: the trim part has an insert member and a covering material for covering the insert member; the covering member is provided with holding lips for holding a flange part on an inner surface of the trim part; a sponge material of a rubber formed by using a blend material of an EPDM rubber and an olefin-based thermoplastic synthetic resin and a sponge material of a rubber having physical properties of a specific gravity of 0.6 to 0.8 and a 25%-stretching stress of 500 KPa or more are used as the covering material.

    摘要： A door weatherstrip includes a mounted base portion which is mounted along an outer circumference of a door frame, and a seal portion which extends in an outer circumferential direction of a door from the mounted base portion. The mounted base portion includes a base bottom portion, a vehicle-interior side wall portion and a vehicle-exterior side wall portion, and an isolating wall portion. The mounted base portion is made from an EPDM sponge rubber material into which polyethylene is mixed to have a specific gravity of 0.2 or larger and smaller than 0.45 and a low expansion stress of 200 kPa or larger. The seal portion is made from an EPDM sponge rubber material having a specific gravity of 0.45 or larger and 1.0 or smaller and a low expansion stress of 120 kPa or larger and smaller than 200 kPa. Thus, the door weatherstrip is provided in which the specific gravity of the mounted base portion is made smaller than the specific gravity of the seal portion and a material rigidity of the mounted base portion is larger than a material rigidity of the seal portion.

    摘要： An automobile trim has a trim body (a base layer) formed of a rubber composition and having a design surface, a decorating layer formed of a thermoplastic elastomer composition and thermally bonded integrally with the design surface of the trim body. A thermal bonding layer is formed of a thermoplastic resin composition and interposed between the decorating layer and the trim body so that the decorating layer is thermally bonded integrally with the trim body through the thermal bonding layer. The thermal bonding layer has a thickness to an extent not to prevent bending flexibility when the trim is attached to a vehicle body. In another example, a cushion layer is laminated on the trim body and formed of sponge rubber of EPDM, a decorating layer is laminated on the cushion layer and formed by foaming olefin thermoplastic elastomer, and an olefin bonding layer for bonding the cushion layer and the decorating layer.
