    摘要: The types of gasolines having different distillation characteristics and various compositions are identified accurately and rapidly. A pulse voltage is applied for a predetermined time to a liquid type identifying sensor heater including a heater and an identifying liquid temperature sensor provided in the vicinity of the heater and an identified gasoline is heated by the heater and the liquid type is identified with a voltage output difference V0 corresponding to a temperature difference between an initial temperature and a peak temperature in the identifying liquid temperature sensor. Furthermore, a gasoline is introduced between electrodes of an alcohol concentration detecting sensor, and a change in a specific inductive capacity of the gasoline between the electrodes is measured with an oscillation frequency thereby detecting an alcohol concentration in the gasoline. Moreover, based on the alcohol concentration detected by the alcohol concentration detecting device, correcting liquid type identification data in the identification control portion on the basis of alcohol concentration data which are prestored in the identification control portion, thereby identifying a liquid type.

    摘要: Measurements are obtained by a computing unit based on an output Vh from an indirectly-heated constant-temperature controlling flow rate measuring section (16) and an output Vout from a two-constant-point temperature difference detecting flow rate measuring sections (18a, 18b). In the flow rate measuring section (16), a heating element (163) is feedback-controlled based on a detected temperature by a heat sensing element (162) to obtain an output Vh based on the feedback-controlled condition. An output Vout is obtained from flow rate measuring sections (18a, 18b) based on the detected temperature difference between a heat sensing element (182) disposed on the liquid-flow-direction upstream side of the flow-rate measuring section (16) and a temperature sensing element disposed on the downstream side. A computing unit outputs as a measurement a flow rate obtained based on the output Vh in a flow rate region where a flow rate is larger than a predetermined boundary flow rate, and outputs as a measurement a flow rate obtained based on the output Vout in a flow rate region where it is less than a boundary flow rate. Accordingly, a flow rate is measured with good precision and sensitivity over a wide flow rate range from a trace-amount flow rate region to a comparatively large flow rate region.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing a synthetic resin mold package at high yield from which package a pair of the surface of an internal device is exposed. A to-be-exposed part of the surface of the internal device composed of an insulating substrate (2) and thin film electrodes (4, 5) and an insulating protective film (6) formed on the substrate is covered with a coating agent (42), and a die pad portion (8) is bonded to the back surface of the internal device. After placing the thus-obtained structure in a mold consisting of a lower mold (46) and an upper mold (48), a pin (50) is inserted into the mold so that the front end of the pin is pressed against the die pad portion (8), thereby keeping the surface of the coating agent (42) pressed against the inner surface of the upper mold (48). Then, a synthetic resin (52) is injected into the mold and cured therein. The thus-obtained resin sealed body is taken out from the mold, and the coating agent (42) is removed from the resin sealed body.

    摘要: There is provided an identification device capable of accurately, rapidly, and easily identifying a hydrocarbon-based liquid and alcohol-based liquid. An identification sensor unit (2) is arranged to face a flow passage (20) of a liquid to be measured and includes a liquid type detection unit with indirect heating (21) having a heating body and a temperature-sensitive body, and a liquid temperature detecting unit (22) for detecting the temperature of the liquid to be measured. The identification device further includes an identification calculation unit for applying a single pulse voltage to the heating body of the liquid type detection unit (21) so as to generate heat and identifying the liquid to be measured according to an output of a liquid type detection circuit formed by the temperature-sensitive body of the liquid type detecting unit (21) and the liquid temperature detection unit. The identification calculation unit identifies the liquid to be measured according to a liquid-type-corresponding first voltage value corresponding to a difference between the initial temperature of the temperature-sensitive body when the heating body generates heat and a first temperature at the moment when the a first time has elapsed from the start of application of the single pulse and a liquid-type-corresponding second voltage value corresponding to a difference between the initial temperature of the temperature-sensitive body and a second temperature at the moment when a second time longer than the first time has elapsed from the start of application of the single pulse.
