    摘要： A deodorizing filter for adsorbing malodorous particles in air is disposed at a downstream air side of a circumferential wall of an inside/outside air switching rotary door which opens and closes inside and outside air intake ports. A gap having a predetermined distance is provided between the deodorizing filter and the circumferential wall of the rotary door. The deodorizing filter is rotated integrally with the rotary door. When the rotary door is rotated to open both the outside and inside air intake ports at their intermediately opened positions, the inside air flowing from the inside air intake port directly flows into an outlet side of an inside/outside air switching box, and the outside air introduced from the outside air intake port passes through the gap and the deodorizing filter and flows into the outlet side of the inside/outside air switching box.

    摘要： A position of a second permanent magnet with respect to a first permanent magnet is defined by assembling a driving side support member, a thrust bearing, a spacing member, a radial bearing, and a driven side support member. The first and second permanent magnets are respectively held on the driving side support member and the driven side support member. Accordingly, variation of a magnetic gap between the first and second permanent magnets can be reduced. Variations in assembling the parts hardly affect the variation of the magnetic gap.

    摘要： An evaporator is disposed substantially horizontally at a central portion of an instrument panel in a passenger compartment, and air is blown, by a blower disposed so as to be shifted from the center of the evaporator, so as to flow through the evaporator from the bottom to the top. A heater core is disposed substantially horizontally above the evaporator, and an air outlet mode switching portion for switching an air outlet direction of air, temperature of which is adjusted by the heater core, is disposed above the heater core. Foot air ducts are provided to supply conditioned air, a flow direction of which has been switched by the air outlet mode switching portion, to foot air outlets opening to a foot area of the passenger, and passage portions passing through an outlet side path of a scroll casing of the blower are provided in the foot air duct. In this way, it is possible to reduce the space where the heat exchanger portion is installed.

    摘要： In a vehicle air-conditioning system, plural electrical members such as a blower controller, servomotors and a post-evaporator temperature sensor are collectively disposed on an electrical circuit board integrally formed with an evaporator case cover for closing a side surface of an evaporator case. Therefore, a wire structure of an electrical connection or a wire harness can be made simple. Further, because an elastically deformable sensor-pressing portion for pressing the post-evaporator sensor toward an evaporator side surface is integrally formed with the evaporator case cover integrated with the electrical circuit board, a contact pressure of a temperature sensitive portion of the post-evaporator sensor onto the evaporator side surface can be maintained.

    摘要： A multi-blade fan having a fan assembly including a bottom plate and a plurality of circumferentially spaced blades and a casing for the fan assembly therein having an outlet duct extending therefrom for discharge of the air flows. The fan assembly includes an annular shroud connected to the axial ends of the blades remote from the bottom plate. The casing includes a bottom wall for rotatably connecting the fan assembly, a top wall for defining an air inlet for axially introducing the air into the casing, and a tubular wall connecting the bottom and top walls. The top wall of the casing adjacent to the inlet opening forms an annular projection having a bell cross sectional shape opened inwardly so that an axial end of the shroud extends thereto. The bell cross section portion radially extends to a portion that is inclined downwardly in the outward direction, which faces the shroud so that a small gap extending radially is created. The top wall or bottom wall of the casing at its radially outer portion can be downwardly inclined. The tubular wall of the casing can also be inclined so that the bottom end of the tubular wall is flared radially outward from its center.
