摘要: The composite material is constituted by a substrate and a carbonized nanofiber layer and capable of being widely applied. The method of producing the composite material comprises the steps of: disposing an electrically conductive substrate on an electrode plate of an electro spinning apparatus; spraying a polymer solution or a molten polymer, to which high voltage is applied from a capillary of a capillary electrode of the electro spinning apparatus, toward the substrate on the electrode plate so as to form a large number of nanofibers on the substrate; and burning the substrate, on which a large number of the nanofibers have been formed, so as to form a carbonized nanofiber layer on the substrate.

摘要: A novel phthalocyanine compound having improved solubility and high purity and containing a polymerizable vinyl group within its molecule is provided. Intermediates to this phthalocyanine compound also have improved solubility and high purity. Further, with the novel phthalocyanine compound used as a starting monomer, a novel polymer is obtained which has a high content of (metal) phthalocyanine and is easy to control the orientation of phthalocyanine rings. The polymer having improved solubility and high purity is expected of use as functional material such as catalysts and recording material.

摘要: Disclosed is a small power-driven water craft of the type whose body is composed in the main of longitudinal two parts, the deck and the hull, with a standing platform in the deck at its rear portion and a stearing handle in front of the platform. In the deck at its stern side end is provided a mounting board that extends far below the bottom of the hull, adapted to permit a displaced rider to climb on board from the stern, without suffering the usual difficulty in doing so because of the imbalanced state of a craft when it is just floating in the water. In a preferred embodiment, the mounting board is slidably disposed on a sloped surface formed at the stern for movement between a raised position where the board is pulled clear out of the water and a lowered position where it stands extending at an angle into the water, conveniently for a displaced rider to grip on to its surface with his toe or knee in getting on board. Further, the mounting board is moved between the foregoing positions through a wire rope connected to a hand winch whose handle is mounted at a forward portion of the deck, situated low enough to be within the arm's reach of a person near the craft's side in the water so that he, displaced from the craft, can operate the handle to lower the mounting board.

摘要: A recess (5a) in the corner direction and recesses (5b) in side directions are formed in each connecting pad (5A) located at a corner of a lower surface-side of an insulating base 2 having groove-shaped recesses (6) in the periphery, and groove-shaped recesses (6a and 6b) in the corner and side directions are formed in each corner portion (2A) of the insulating base 2 corresponding to the connecting pad (5A). Connecting pads (5) of an electronic apparatus in which an electronic component is mounted on the insulating base 2 are mounted on an external electrical circuit board by using a solder. A solder (31) melted during the solder-mounting adheres onto the groove-shaped recesses (6a and 6b) in the corner and side directions of the corner portion (2A) of the insulating base 2 and thus solder fillets are formed in the groove-shaped recesses (6a and 6b). Thus, solder bonding strength in the corners where external force is likely to work can be increased and the connecting pads of the wiring board can be firmly bonded to the lead conductors of the external electrical circuit board by using a hard and brittle lead-free solder.

摘要: An outline forming method for a semiconductor device, including the steps of placing a film carrier on which a semiconductor chip is mounted in a molding die so as to enclose the semiconductor chip in a cavity defined in the molding die; clamping the film carrier with a clamp of the molding die; injecting a resin to be molded into the cavity; and shearing the film carrier by means of the clamp to separate the film carrier into a part present inside the cavity and a remaining part present outside the cavity. Also disclosed is a semiconductor manufacturing device comprising an upper die; a lower die adapted to be joined to the upper die through a film carrier on which an semiconductor chip is mounted; one of the upper die and the lower die being formed with a cavity recess; a clamp formed around the cavity recess by extending an inner wall of the cavity recess, for clamping a peripheral portion of the film carrier; the other of the upper die and the lower die being formed with a groove for receiving the clamp; and a cutting portion formed at a front end of the clamp for shearing the film carrier along an inner surface of the cavity recess. Accordingly, the sheared end surface of the film carrier is not projected from the outer surface of a molded resin.
