摘要: Purifying substances generated in a water purification unit are imparted to water in a water tank. The water containing the purifying substances is supplied to an adsorbing member of a humidification rotor. In the adsorbing member, harmful substances etc. contained in the water are purified by the purifying substances. Consequently, the clean humidification water is imparted from the humidification rotor to air.

摘要: Disclosed is an air purification device including a discharge part for discharging electricity in air. Low-profiling of the air purification device is accomplished while maintaining the discharge capability of the discharge part. In an ionization part (30) for electrically charging airborne dust particles, an insulating medium (60) is disposed between an ionization wire (31) serving as a discharge base end and an earth electrode (33). As a result of such arrangement, electrical discharge from the ionization wire (31) to the earth electrode (33) is obstructed while on the other hand corona discharge from the ionization wire (31) to a first electrode plate (32) is maintained, whereby the distance between the ionization wire (31) and the earth electrode (33) can be made narrow.

摘要: In the plasma reactor of the present invention, streamer discharge is caused in a wide region so as to increase a plasma generation region without complicating the architecture of the plasma reactor and increasing the cost. In the plasma reactor of the invention, a needle-shaped first electrode and a plate-shaped second electrode are disposed to oppose and to be perpendicular to each other, and the first electrode has a pointed portion as the end thereof on the side of the second electrode and the pointed portion has a point angle θ not less than 30 degrees and not more than 90 degrees, and preferably not less than 60 degrees and not more than 90 degrees.

The frequency of sound made by the streamer discharge is raised to 6 kHz or higher to exceed the frequency range which is easily perceivable by human hearing.

摘要: A discharge device for generating a streamer discharge includes a discharge electrode and a counter electrode. The discharge electrode is in the a shape of a wire or rod and is disposed substantially parallel to the counter electrode. Thus, even when a tip of the discharge electrode becomes worn out, a shape of the tip of the discharge electrode remains unchanged and a distance between the discharge electrode and the counter electrode remains unchanged. As a result, even when the tip of the discharge electrode becomes worn out, the streamer discharge stability will not fall.
