摘要: A light deflector, a method of manufacturing the light deflector, and an image projector. The light deflector and the method includes forming a first wafer provided with a plurality of movable mirror units, bonding the first wafer to be sandwiched between a second wafer on which a plurality of base units are formed and a third wafer on which a plurality of spacers are formed, bonding a fourth wafer on which a plurality of transparent members are formed on the third wafer, bonding a plurality of polyhedron light-beam adjusters on the fourth wafer such that one of the plurality of polyhedron light-beam adjusters and the movable mirror unit become a pair, and cutting a wafer layered product of the first to fourth wafers for each area in which the light deflector is formed. The image projector includes the light deflector, and an image is projected by optical scanning.

摘要: Laser devices include a light source that emits a laser beam, an optical system that concentrates the laser beam emitted from the light source, an optical window through which the laser beam exited from the optical system passes, a housing that accommodates the optical system, and an optical window holding member fixed to the housing. The optical window holding member holds the optical window. In the first laser device, the optical window has a face or a protruding face through which the laser beam passes. When the optical window has the face, the face is flush with an edge of the optical window holding member and a film is formed on the face. When the optical window has the protruding face, the protruding face protrudes with reference to the edge of the optical window holding member and a film is formed on the protruding face.

The ignition device includes a partition member that forms a precombustion chamber that encloses an ignition point of a fuel. 摘要: A pulsed electromagnetic-wave generator includes an excitation light source, a laser resonator, a pulse generating unit, and a wavelength converting unit. Excitation light from the excitation light source enters the laser resonator. The pulse generating unit is configured to generate a pulsed light group including at least two or more pulses with different frequencies (ω) and different oscillation timings (t) in one excitation process of the excitation light source, an oscillation frequency difference (Δω) between the pulses in the pulsed light group being an integral multiple of a Free Spectral Range (FSR) of the laser resonator. The pulsed light group enters the wavelength converting unit. The wavelength converting unit is configured to generate a pulsed electromagnetic wave in which a wavelength of each pulse in the pulsed light group is converted.
