    摘要: A method of manufacturing a bent metal member comprises supporting the outer surface of a tubular metal material having a Zn-Fe alloy coating layer at two locations spaced in the axial direction of the metal material. The metal material is fed in its axial direction and heated at a position between the two locations to a temperature range of at least the Ac3 point at a heating speed such that the rate of temperature increase is at least 3.0×102° C. per second, held so that the time for which the surface of the metal material is at a temperature of 8.0×102° C. or higher is at most 2 seconds, and then rapid cooled. A bending moment is imparted to the healed portion in two or three dimensions to manufacture a bent metal member having on its surface a Zn-based layer which contains an η, phase.

A galvannealed steel material having a galvannealed coating on at least one side thereof is heat treated by heating at least a portion thereof to a temperature range in which hardening is possible. The coating remaining on the surface of at least a part of the portion which underwent heat treatment has a coating weight of at least 20 g/m2 and at most 80 g/m2 per side and an Fe content of at least 15% and at most 35%, an η phase is present in the coating, and the centerline average roughness Ra of the surface of the coating is at most 1.5 μm.

    摘要: The present invention decreases the temperature of feed water supplied to the reactor of a set power when the flow rate of coolant supplied to the core of the reactor increases in the end of an operation cycle. This operating method can increase the thermal power of the nuclear power generation plant and increase the economical efficiency of fuel even when the operation cycle is prolonged. Particularly, even when the core flow rate increases in the end of the operation cycle, this method can suppress the rise of the cooling water temperature at the inlet of the core. Consequently, this invention can make the reactivity gain higher than that when the core flow rate is singly increased.The present invention can increase the thermal power of a nuclear reactor, and can improve the economical efficiency of fuel even when a period of an operation cycle is made longer.

    摘要: In an initial core of a nuclear reactor, a plurality of water regions having a square cross section for occupying a cross sectional area capable of disposing four fuel assemblies are formed. No fuel assemblies are loaded in these water regions. In the initial core, each fuel assembly is supported by fuel supports. A pressure loss of a first orifice installed in a cooling water supply passage formed in first fuel supports disposed in a central portion of the initial core is larger than that of a second orifice installed in a cooling water supply passage formed in second fuel supports disposed in a peripheral portion surrounding the central portion. Each water region is formed right above a part of the first fuel supports disposed in the central portion. The control rod operation in the nuclear reactor can be simplified by action of cooling water in the water regions.
