摘要: An automatic braking system for a vehicle includes a sensor system configured to detect the previous speed of the vehicle, occupancy of a driver's seat of the vehicle, and an input to at least one of an accelerator pedal of the vehicle and a brake pedal of the vehicle. The automatic braking system also includes a control module communicatively connected to the sensor system and configured to automatically brake the vehicle when the vehicle was previously stopped, the driver's seat is occupied, and there is no input to the accelerator pedal or the brake pedal.

摘要: Systems and methods for presenting virtual-reality information in a vehicular environment are disclosed herein. One embodiment receives, at a first vehicle, a set of presentation attributes for a second vehicle that is in an external environment of the first vehicle, the set of presentation attributes for the second vehicle corresponding to a virtual vehicle that is different from the second vehicle and within a same vehicle category as the second vehicle; and presents to an occupant of the first vehicle, in a virtual-reality space, the second vehicle in accordance with the received set of presentation attributes for the second vehicle while the second vehicle is visible from the first vehicle in the external environment of the first vehicle.

摘要: Methods, systems, and vehicle components for providing a corrected pronunciation suggestion to a user are disclosed. A method includes receiving, by a microphone communicatively coupled to a processing device, a voice input from the user, the voice input including a particularly pronounced word. The method further includes comparing, by the processing device, the particularly pronounced word to one or more reference words in a reference table, determining, by the processing device, that the particularly pronounced word has been potentially mispronounced by the user based on the one or more reference words in the reference table, determining, by the processing device, a corrected pronunciation suggestion from the one or more reference words, and providing, via a user interface, the corrected pronunciation suggestion to the user.

摘要: A health advisory alert system for a vehicle is presented. A controller may determine whether a vehicle occupant is preparing to exit the vehicle. Upon determination that the vehicle occupant is preparing to exit the vehicle, the controller may determine a location of the vehicle, determine a health advisory metric based on the location of the vehicle, and determine whether personal protective equipment should be worn based on the health advisory metric. Upon determination that personal protective equipment should be worn, the controller may output a notification to the vehicle occupant indicating that personal protective equipment should be worn.

A method includes receiving, by a microphone communicatively coupled to a processing device, a voice input from a user, the voice input corresponding to an interaction between the user and a voice recognition system and including indicators of the user frustration. The method further includes determining, by the processing device, that the user is frustrated from the indicators, connecting, by the processing device, the user to a call center operator, transmitting, by the processing device, data to a call center computing device associated with the call center operator, the data corresponding to a user input and/or a vehicle response that resulted in the user frustration, receiving, by the processing device, commands from the call center computing device, and executing, by the processing device, processes that correspond to the commands.

摘要: A vehicle is provided that includes a cruise control deactivation system. The system includes a cruise control system, and a user control that, when activated, commands deactivation of the cruise control system. The system also includes a processor configured to permit or override the commanded deactivation of the cruise control system while the vehicle is moving, based on at least one criterion. Criteria may include whether or not a first sensor detects a foot of a driver of the vehicle on an accelerator pedal of the vehicle, and whether or not a first computation indicates that the deactivation of the cruise control system will cause a collision with a second vehicle located behind the vehicle.
