摘要： In a transformer including a low-voltage input coil, a high-voltage output coil disposed coaxially of the low-voltage input coil, and a core for magnetically connecting both of the coils together; the improvement comprising a first bobbin around which the low-voltage input coil is wound which first bobbin has an inner-diameter hole, wherein the core comprises a rod portion to be inserted into the inner-diameter hole of the first bobbin and a flange portion provided at one axial end of the rod portion. In another aspect of the invention, the transformer further comprises a second bobbin around which the high-voltage output coil is wound, and a connector adapted to be connected to an ignition plug which connector is mounted on an end surface of the second bobbin on the opposite side of the flange portion of the core in such a manner that a mounting direction of the connector substantially coincides with an axial direction of the second bobbin. In a further aspect of the invention, the transformer further comprises a shield case formed of a magnetic conductive material surrounding an outer periphery of the connector or entirely surrounding the transformer. The rod portion of the core may have a tapering cross section such that it is gradually tapered from a low voltage side of the high-voltage output coil to a high voltage side thereof. With this arrangement, the transformer may be easily assembled and made compact. Further, a magnetic efficiency may be improved, and an insulating distance between the low-voltage input coil and the high-voltage output coil may be ensured.

摘要： According to the present invention there is provided an ignition system having a direct current source, a primary voltage stabilizing power source for the generation of a stabilized voltage from the direct current source, a high-tension transformer which receives the voltage from the primary voltage stabilizing power source and applies a high voltage developed on its secondary side to a discharge load, and a switching element for controlling the primary current in the transformer. At least two of those components are integrally connected, or means for detecting an abnormal condition of the direct current source is disposed within the case containing the primary voltage stabilizing power source, whereby connection or insulation between components can be done easily and there are attained simplification of the assembling work, reduction of noise and improvement of maintainability.

摘要： A discharge load driving circuit has a transformer with a low voltage coil and a high voltage coil wound around a magnetic core. The high voltage coil has a transformation ratio for setting a high self-resonance frequency value for the transformer to thereby output high voltage at a short rise time period. The discharge load driving circuit further includes a switching element connected to the transformer for switching on and off a d-c input supplied thereto through the low voltage coil of the transformer. The discharge load driving circuit further includes a driver circuit for driving a switching element driving pulse, a control circuit for controlling the driver circuit, a discharge load connected to the high voltage coil for discharging load by a high voltage output generated in the high voltage coil when the switching element is turned on, and a detector for detecting a flow of discharge current in the discharge load. The switching element repeats its on-off action in a predetermined. For supplying a required amount of discharge energy to the discharged load until self-propagation of a flame subsequent to generation of a flame nucleus by a spark discharge of the discharge load.

摘要： A high voltage generating circuit which includes a switching circuit for switching a DC input, a fly-back transformer whose input coil is driven by pulses delivered from the switching actuation of the switching actuation of the circuit, a rectifier circuit for rectifying the fly-back voltage generated in the output coil of the fly-back transformer, a capacitor for smoothing the rectified output, and a voltage stabilizing circuit. A diode is electrically connected to one terminal of the output coil of the fly-back transformer on the low-voltage side thereof as compared with the ground, the diode being so determined as to position in the forward direction to the direction of rectification. The voltage stabilizing circuit is formed by a voltage sensing circuit for sensing a DC high voltage output, comparing it with a reference voltage applied from a reference voltage source and generating an output of a result of comparison and a control circuit connected between the anode of the diode and the ground terminal. The control circuit is formed of a plurality of transistors including transistors controlled in response to the output from the voltage sensing circuit and a protective circuit for each of the transistors.

By this method, the gap can be formed free of an air bubble, with good mass-productivity, and inexpensively as compared to a prior art method of forming a gap by glass bonding.

This switching unit includes a plurality of slidable spools for supplying the pilot pressure from the pilot valves selectively to the control valves. The control system further includes a first and a second switching members for selectively sliding the plurality of slidable spools. The first switching member is operable to select the swing cylinder or the hydraulic motor to be controlled by a shift in one direction of the first control lever. The second switching member is operable to switch interlocks between the first and second control levers and a boom cylinder and an arm cylinder.

Each of the cases has draft openings on the upper surface and the lower surface thereof. An interspace is formed between one or more upper cases and the one or more lower cases. 摘要： A color image pickup system for a color television system comprises a single image pickup device, a color filter mounted in front of the screen of said image pickup device, said color filter having an array of the repetition of a pair of horizontal colored belts or scanning lines, the first scanning line having an arrangement of cells of the three elementary colors, the second scanning line having an arrangement of the complementary elementary colors to those of the first scanning line. Thus, the colors of each pair of cells in the vertical direction of the two scanning lines are complementary. The output of the image pickup device is processed by adding the signals of the first scanning line and the second scanning line for every vertical cell to provide a brightness signal(Y). As a color signal, only the first scanning line is selected and a pair of color cells (red and blue) are sampled. Thus, the horizontal resolution of the brightness signal is the same as that of the image pickup device itself, and a clear picture with high resolution is obtained in a single image pickup device system.

As the cores members 15 and 17 are held directly on the positioning portions 24 and 25, they are inwardly pressed by the pressing tabs 23. Then, the core pitch p1 is precisely determined between the audio core and the control core without using a particular jig during the assembly. The overall number of jigs required for mounting the cores to the core holder can be reduced. Also, the core pitch P1 can be improved in the accuracy and the characteristics of the head will be consistent.
