    摘要: A fuel cell stack includes a stack of fuel cells. Each of the fuel cells includes a membrane electrode assembly and a separator that are stacked. The membrane electrode assembly includes an electrolyte membrane and a pair of electrodes sandwiching the electrolyte membrane therebetween. The terminal plate, the insulation plate, and the end plate are stacked at each end of the stack of the fuel cells in a stacking direction of the fuel cells. The terminal plate has a plurality of spaces formed therein. The spaces are separated from each other by a partition wall. A connection terminal is disposed on a plate surface of the terminal plate. The plate surface faces the insulation plate, at a position at which the connection terminal does not overlap the partition wall in the stacking direction. The connection terminal protrudes outward from the end plate in the stacking direction.

    摘要: A fuel cell includes an electrolyte electrode assembly, an inner seal member, an outer seal member, a metal separator, and a cell voltage monitor terminal. The electrolyte electrode assembly includes an electrolyte, a pair of electrodes, and a resin frame member. The inner seal member extends around an electrode surface. The outer seal member extends around an outer periphery of the inner seal member. The inner seal member and the outer seal member are disposed on the resin frame member. The cell voltage monitor terminal is embedded in the resin frame member. The cell voltage monitor terminal includes an exposed portion provided between the inner seal member and the outer seal member. The exposed portion is in contact with the metal separator adjacent to the exposed portion.

    摘要: To provide a technique by which an accumulated tolerance caused by the arrangement of terminal fittings is eliminated to improve the workability in a multipole cell-voltage detection connector. When all of receptacle terminals (94) are inserted into receptacle insertion groove parts (22), each of the receptacle terminals (94) is buckled at a bending hole (97) and a mark-off part (98) formed as a boundary of a receptacle root part (95) and a receptacle front part (96). Because the receptacle insertion groove parts (22) are formed in a state where there is substantially no tolerance, the terminal pitch tolerance correction housing (10) is fitted to receptacle units (90), and the receptacle terminals (94) (receptacle front parts (96)) protruded from the receptacle insertion groove parts (22) toward a bottom inner surface (15) are corrected to a state where there is no tolerance.

    摘要: A fuel cell stack includes a stack body formed by stacking a plurality of power generation cells. At opposite ends of the stack body in a stacking direction, end plates are provided. A second power collecting terminal protrudes outwardly from the end plate. One end of a bus bar is electrically connected to the second power collecting terminal such that the bus bar extends along an end plate surface intersecting the second power collecting terminal. A high voltage cable is connected to the other end of the bus bar. The high voltage cable is drawn toward the end plate.
