摘要: A pneumatically actuatable clamping or braking device, has a housing with a space accommodating a hydraulic medium constructed least in part as a solid body. The space for accommodating the hydraulic medium is delimited on one side by a wall of the housing and on the other by a clamping or braking element. The device has at least one actuating element that acts on the hydraulic medium to produce a clamping or braking force which can be transmitted by the clamping or braking element to an impinging element. According to the invention, at least one actuating element is shaped like a pin or a spike. The actuating element is movable along a predetermined spatial curve, and acts on the hydraulic medium through an aperture in the wall of the housing delimiting the space for accommodating the hydraulic medium.

摘要: The invention concerns a clamping and/or braking device with a housing, in which at least one plate-like element is held, supported at a first end opposite a stop area of the housing. A second end transfers clamping and/or braking forces to an object, or acts on a pressurizable element, which transfers clamping and/or braking forces to an object. The plate-like element has at least one bending area which is convex in the starting state, which is constructed pressure-resistant and nevertheless elastically deformable so that the bending area forms an elastic element between the stop area of the housing and a pressurizing end of the plate-like element. A pressure space is formed between the convex side of the bending area and the housing. Some embodiments include multiple plate-like elements.

摘要: A method and apparatus for controlling a synchronous motor with an AC voltage. A rated value proportional to a desired frequency of the AC voltage and related to a rotational speed of the synchronous motor is provided. The rated value is continuously added up in an accumulator to provide added-up signal values. The added-up signal values are employed for addressing stored function values in a function value memory, the function values representing at least one AC voltage. The addressed function values are read out from the function value memory and are converted into at least one AC voltage having the frequency corresponding to the rated value. The AC voltage is supplied to the synchronous motor for generating a rotary field such that the frequency of the AC voltage defines the rotational speed of the synchronous motor.

摘要: A method is suggested which is used for controlling and/or regulating of the injection molding in injection molding machines by measuring the temperature in the injection tool. A thermosensor is fed within a bore in the tool very closely to the molding pocket surface, so that the temperature fluctuations resulting from the injection cycles can be registered by the thermosensor. The measuring results are controlled with respect to maximum permissible deviations, whereby it is advantageous to control the minimum temperature and the temperature difference between the maximum and the minimum temperature. When exceeding predetermined maximum permissible deviations a signal is actuated for controlling a quality control for sorting out of parts and/or a light signal or an acoustic signal and/or the machine is switched off. Moreover, the measuring signals are used for controlling of the tool temperature and the mass temperature. Each molding pocket is controlled with respect to a complete filling when using multiple pocket molds.
