摘要: A pre-loadable biological heart valve capable of rapid rehydration and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises a cross-linking treatment, wherein a biological valve is cross-linked by soaking in an aqueous glutaraldehyde solution; a hydrophilic treatment, wherein the biological valve is soaked in a solution containing a hydrophilic molecule and a condensing agent, to allow the hydrophilic molecule to be immobilized on the biological valve by chemical grafting; and a drying treatment, wherein the biological valve after the hydrophilic treatment and the cross-linking treatment is dried to obtain a pre-loadable biological heart valve capable of rapid rehydration. The pre-loadable biological heart valve prepared by the preparation method of the present disclosure achieves rapid rehydration, and the crease can be quickly flattened after rehydration, bringing convenience during use.

摘要: A stent device with skirt folds and a processing method thereof, a skirt folding method, and a heart valve. The stent device comprises a stent (1, 105) and a flexible skirt (2, 107), the skirt (2, 107) having an expanded state, in which the skirt is axially extended and surrounds the stent (1, 105) before release thereof, and a folded state, in which the skirt is driven by the deformation caused when the stent (1 , 105) is released, collapses and folds axially along the released stent (1, 105) so as to form an annular peripheral leakage-blocking portion. The peripheral leakage prevention technology enables an interventional stent to fit to the inner wall of a vessel more snugly, such that the stent does not easily move and is more stable, thereby being suitable for more people, reducing additional risks of surgery and preventing complications such as peripheral leakage and thrombus. The present disclosure can provide better blood dynamics, increase the crawling capability of endothelial cells of a host, reduce the probability of occurrence of endocarditis, and restore a normal blood supply functionality of vessels.

摘要: Provided are a pro-endothelialization biological material and method for preparation thereof, and a pro-endothelialization heart valve and method for preparation thereof and interventional system. The pro-endothelialization biological material comprises a biological material and a pro-endothelializing growth factor loaded on the surface of biological material; capable of capturing endothelial progenitor cells, enabling the endothelial progenitor cells to attach, grow, and differentiate on the surface of the biological material. The methods for preparation of the pro-endothelialization biological material comprises chemical grafting and physical coating methods. The heart valve can be prepared either by suturing followed by grafting or by grafting followed by suturing. A endothelial growth factor is directly loaded onto the surface of a biological material film, promoting the formation of endothelial cell layers on the surface of the biological material.

摘要: A pre-loadable dried biological heart valve and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: Step A: soaking a fresh animal pericardium in an aqueous solution of soluble elastin or glycosaminoglycan, and then subjecting the pericardium to a first cross-linking reaction in a mixed solution of carbodiimide or N-hydroxysuccinimide to allow the soluble elastin or glycosaminoglycan to bind to the pericardium via a chemical bond; and Step B: subjecting the pericardium after the first cross-linking to a second cross-linking reaction in an aqueous glutaraldehyde solution, and then drying the pericardium after the second cross-linking, to obtain the pre-loadable dried biological heart valve. The dried biological heart valve obtained by the above preparation method has good toughness, and is rapidly flattened out in a simulated folding and pressing test.
