摘要： In an exhaust-gas recirculation system of an internal combustion engine with an exhaust-gas recirculation line extending between an exhaust duct and an inlet duct, wherein the exhaust-gas recirculation line includes an exhaust-gas recirculation valve and also at least one first exhaust-gas cooler, at least one second exhaust-gas cooler is provided in the exhaust gas recirculation line and the exhaust-gas recirculation valve is arranged between the first exhaust-gas cooler and the second exhaust-gas cooler so that only the first exhaust gas cooler is subjected to the high exhaust gas pressure effective during engine braking when the exhaust gas recirculation valve is closed.

摘要： A liquid cooled cylinder head for a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine is formed as a single piece casting with a water space defined between outer side walls and spaced cylinder head bottom and top walls. Gas flow channels extend through the water space from valve openings in the cylinderhead bottom to openings in the outer side walls. Support columns with bores extend between the cylinder head bottom and top walls for receiving cylinder head mounting bolts. The cylinder head bottom wall is provided within the water space, with reinforcement ribs which extend between, and are connected to, the gas flow channels and the support columns so as to provide a rigid compound structure.

摘要： A cylinder head assembly of an internal combustion engine includes valves arranged in the cylinder head. For the purpose of driving each of the valves, a respective push rod is provided which is driven by a cam shaft and carries a rocker which is mounted on a rocker shaft. The rocker shaft is held in individual rocker brackets in such a way as to accommodate pivotable movement of the rockers about the said shaft. In order to obtain a rocker bracket which is easy to preproduce and requires virtually no further machining for installation, each rocker bracket has, at its upper end, a trough-shaped depression for the purpose of accommodating the rocker shaft.

摘要： In a cylinder head for a fuel injected internal combustion engine in which a nozzle holder with a fuel injection nozzle is mounted and engaged by a pressure tube disposed in a cylindrical recess, the pressure tube is axially forced into firm engagement with the nozzle holder by a hollow compression screw through which the pressure tube extends so that its free end projects outwardly and an injection pipe is mounted onto the free end of the pressure tube by means of a union nut for sealing the injection pipe to the pressure tube.
