With technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the disclosure, a UE operating or residing in a non-MBMS-including CC can find out timely and accurately the initiation of a session for a UE-interested MBMS in an MBMS-including CC, so as to avoid premature blind gathering of UEs in the MBMS-including CC, thus effectively decreasing duration of impact on uplink random access by the MBMS-including CC.
