A technical solution according to the present invention includes: acquiring antenna configuration information of the neighboring cell; and sending a message carrying the antenna configuration information of the neighboring cell to the UE. The embodiments of the present invention can be applied in a wireless communication network.

The method for mobility management between cell sets simplifies mobility management in multi-cell communication and improves performance of the communication system.
