    摘要: A integratable transmitter/receiver configuration for higher frequencies includes a reception path mixer multiplying a reception signal and a carrier frequency signal with one another. A controlled first intermediate frequency oscillator can be turned off by a switch control signal and has a frequency range being reversible by a first range control signal. A demodulator is connected downstream of the reception path mixer and receives the output signal of the first intermediate frequency oscillator both directly and phase-displaced by 90.degree.. A phase detector device is connected downstream of and controls the first intermediate frequency oscillator, and has a frequency range being reversible by a second range control signal. A controlled second intermediate frequency oscillator is connected parallel to the first intermediate frequency oscillator and can be turned on by the switch control signal. A transmission path mixer has one input being connected to the outputs of the first and second intermediate frequency oscillators and has another input receiving the carrier frequency signal. A modulator is connected downstream of the transmission path mixer, receives an input signal, and supplies a transmission signal.

    摘要: A radio frequency arrangement is disclosed, having a first semiconductor body with an integrated circuit formed therein and also with first and second terminal locations. A second semiconductor body with a charge store integrated therein and with a first and second contact locations is arranged with its contact locations mutually facing the terminal locations of the first semiconductor body. The first terminal and the first contact location and also the second terminal and the second contact location are coupled to one another in order thus to form an integrated circuit and also a charge store for supplying the integrated circuit. Realizing the integrated circuit and the charge store separately enables a simple and cost-effective manufacturing procedure for the individual components.

    摘要: A power amplifier arrangement is disclosed which has two or more amplifiers connected in parallel. The amplifiers can be switched on and off independently of one another by means of control devices. At least one DC/DC converter is provided for supplying voltage to the amplifiers. A significant improvement in the efficiency of a power amplifier is achieved by the combination of the voltage supplied by means of a DC/DC converter for the amplifiers with distributed power gain. The arrangement is therefore particularly suitable for use in mobile radio transmission arrangements.

    摘要: To keep the power consumption in the modulator-demodulator of a mobile radio as low as possible, the modulator-demodulator has a voltage-controlled oscillator. Downstream of which a divider chain having a plurality of series-connected dividers each with an even-numbered division factor is connected. Each of the dividers produces a carrier signal and a carrier signal that is orthogonal with respect thereto. A quadrature modulator for the received signal is connected to a divider of the divider chain that produces the carrier signal at the required carrier frequency. In addition, a first vector modulator is provided whose mixers are connected to the dividers of the divider chain that produce the carrier signals at the required carrier frequencies. Connected downstream of the first vector modulator is a further divider with an even-numbered division factor, and connected downstream of this is a second vector modulator for producing a transmitted signal.

    摘要: An integrated circuit includes first and second oscillators. A controllable switch has a signal input connected to a signal output of the second oscillator. A modulator has two signal inputs each being coupled to a signal output of a respective one of the first oscillator and the controllable switch. At least one controllable reversing switch has two signal inputs each being connected to a signal output of a respective one of the modulator and the controllable switch. A controllable frequency divider has a signal input connected to a signal output of the second oscillator. Two signal input terminals are each connected to a modulation input of a respective one of the oscillators, and two input terminals are each connected to the frequency control input of a respective one of the oscillators. Signal output terminals are each connected to the signal output of a respective one of the first oscillator, the at least one controllable reversing switch, the frequency divider, and the second oscillator. Control terminals are respectively connected to the control input of the frequency divider, to the control input of the controllable switch and the switch input of the first oscillator, and to the control input of the at least one controllable reversing switch.
