    摘要: The apparatus comprises an incoming conveyor and a revolving device, in which grippers (9) circulate at a regular first spacing (T1) over a closed circulating path (10). The grippers (9) can be individually switched between a first state, in which they take hold of the products (2) and carry them along, into a second state, in which they release the products from the grippers. At a transfer point (11) the grippers (9) pass above the incoming conveyor (1). They are switched at the transfer point (11) into the first state, in which they each take hold of a product and carry it along. A store (16) has carriers (19) which circulate at a regular second spacing (T2) in a closed, second circulating path (15). The second circulating path (15) runs over a buffer region (20) parallel to the first circulating path (11). Within the buffer region (20) the grippers (9) can be switched into their second state. The circulating speed of the grippers (9) is greater than the circulating speed of the carriers (9). A control device (29) controls the switching of the grippers (9) into the second state in such a manner that each storage compartment (28) between adjacent carriers (19) downstream of the buffer region (20) contains a product (2).

    摘要: A screw connection includes a first component having an outer surface and a countersunk bore extending from the surface and having a cylindrical portion adjoining the outer surface of the first component. There is further provided a second component adjoining the first component. A screw passes through the countersunk bore and extends into the second component for joining together the first and second components. The screw includes a screw head having an end face which is recessed relative to the outer surface. A disk is press-fitted into the cylindrical portion of the countersunk bore. The disk has a surface oriented toward the end face of the screw head. The disk surface has a center part which is in direct or indirect contact with the end face of the screw head. A circumferential marginal part of the disk is at a clearance from the end face of the screw head whereby an externally applied pressing force on the disk at a disk location spaced from the center part causes a rocking motion of the disk.

    摘要: In an apparatus for packaging piece goods, a piece-goods article of a first type (A) and a plurality of piece goods of a second type (B) are introduced into a common pack. The apparatus has a first conveyor (1), for feeding piece goods of the first type (A), a second conveyor (3), for feeding piece goods of a second type (B), and a packing station (7), for forming a flexible tube (72). It also has at least one feed station (2), from which the piece goods of the second type (B) are deposited by means of the second conveyor (3) such that the piece goods of the second type (B) are located one above the other at least in part and form first groups. In each case one of these first groups is deposited on a piece-goods article of the first type (A) from the second conveyor (3) by conveying means (4, 10), this resulting in the formation of a second group, which is introduced into the flexible tube (72). Force-applying means (5, 6) are provided here in order that the second group maintains its shape as it is introduced into the flexible tube (72). The apparatus makes it possible for non-stackable piece goods of different types to be transported together and packaged together in a tubular bag. In particular it is possible for flat masses of noodles, together with bags of sauce and spices located thereon, to be packaged in tubular bags.

First and second item transfer locations spaced from one another in the conveying direction are defined between the two conveyor belt pairs to cause each item to assume an oblique orientation relative to the conveying direction, and a longitudinal clearance defined between the belts of the first and second conveyor pairs. A suction device including a suction opening aligned with the longitudinal clearance is provided for pressing the items against the conveyor belts. There are further provided a conveyor in a longitudinal alignment with the conveyor belt pairs downstream thereof for receiving the items therefrom, and an item turning device situated above the conveyor for rotating each item into a longitudinal orientation which is at least approximately parallel to the conveying direction.
