摘要: A guide rail (12) of a linear guide unit (10) is provided with at least one running rail (16), which has at least two races (16a) that have different load transmission directions. According to the present invention, the running rail (16) is attached to the guide rail (12) by means of roller insertion; in the surface sections (12a) associated with the races (16a) of the running rail (16), the guide rail (12) is provided with a plurality supporting ribs (12a1); and the supporting ribs (12a1) associated with one and the same race (16a) are aligned essentially parallel to the load transmission direction (B) of this race (16a). In addition or alternatively, in a section (12d) that is not intrinsically deformed by the roller insertion of the at least one running rail (16), the guide rail (12) has at least one additional rolled section. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing guide rails of this kind (12).

摘要: A screw drive with rolling elements, optionally a ball screw drive, includes a screw spindle with a spindle axis and a double nut running on the screw spindle, with two separately formed single nuts which are substantially rigidly joined in the direction of the axis of the spindle. In order to set a desired play or bias relative to the screw spindle, the two single nuts can be turned continuously about the axis of the spindle relative to each other and fixed in any relative rotary position corresponding to the desired play or bias. According to the invention, a first of the two single nuts or an intermediate element joined thereto and arranged between the two single nuts has at least one peripheral section pressed into an associated aperture in one of the single nuts. In one embodiment, the intermediate element is an annular disk that is arranged orthogonally to the spindle axis.

摘要: A linear guiding unit comprises a guide housing (10). Inside the guide housing (10) there are provided linear ball bearings by which a carriage (40) is guided. Moreover, a pneumatic drive (56) is accommodated within the guide housing (10). The pneumatic drive comprises a cylinder cavity (58) inside the guide housing (10). The cylinder cavity (58) accommodates a piston (60). The piston (60) is movable along the cylinder cavity (58). The piston (60) is connected with the carriage (40) by a flexible rope (74). This flexible rope is sealingly passed through cover walls (66) of the cylinder cavity (58). The rope is deviated outside the cylinder cavity (58) and is fixed to the carriage (40). A cover belt (90) different from the rope covers a longitudinal opening (31) of the guide housing (10) through which the carriage can be connected with an object for common axial movement.

摘要: In a screw drive, in particular a ball screw drive, a double nut, formed of a pair of individual nuts, is tightened on a threaded spindle and the individual nuts are secured together against relative rotation by a locking member. The locking member is secured within a radially extending recess formed in and bridging the individual nuts. The locking member can be inserted with a certain amount of play into the recess or borehole and then secured within the recess by a cement or similar material so that it cannot be displaced. Various types of locking members can be used, such as locking bolts or threaded bolts. When the locking member is connected into the recess or ball it prevents any rotation of the individual nuts relative to one another.
