    摘要: A connection device consisting basically of a socket member (1) exhibiting a termination area (2) for the connection of an electric cable and a contact area (4) joined to it by means of a base (1a), the contact area being in the form of tines and intended to receive and hold a mating pin (3), and of a separate driver member (5) in the form of a closed ring which is preferably manufactured of heat recoverable material. In order to create an electrical connection device where the driver member being retained against the contact area, creates both a mechanical force and keyed-in connection between the socket member and the mating pin when in its second functional position, a recess which is at least partial formed into the mating pin, and the tines and driver member are formed and positioned relative to each other in such a way that the driver element partially fits into the recess when in its second functional position. In addition, when using a driver member of heat recoverable material, it is advantageous if at least one locking element is provided which prevents unwanted actuation of the driver element when locked, while permitting appropriate actuation when released.

    摘要: A wire having a conductive core surrounded by an insulation sheath is fitted to an electrical connector having a housing formed with a longitudinally extending passage and a contact part in the passage. The contact part has a front end having pair of sides adapted to flank a contact pin engaged in the passage and a rear end adapted to grip the wire with a stripped end of the conductive core extending in the front end between the sides thereof alongside the pin. An anchor lug on one of the sides engages an inner surface of the passage and retains the contact part therein. A biasing element braced between the conductive core and an opposite inner surface of the passage presses the conductive core transversely against the pin.

    摘要: An electrical plug-in connector for electrically connecting two regions separated by a wall. The wall has an assembly hole with a reinforcement bead on a first wall side around the hole. The connector includes a connector part positioned on a second wall side. A guide bushing is positioned on the first wall side. An extended portion of the bushing penetrates the hole in the wall. The extended portion has a support flange and a lock stop. The support flange is supported on the bead on the first wall side. The lock stop extends through the hole to the second wall side and is connected to the connector part. A locking element is connected to the connector part and is operable to engage the lock stop and exert a fastening pressure directed away from the wall towards the connector part such that the extended portion braces the bushing against the hole.

    摘要: An electrical plug-in connection system has a first electrical plug-in connection element and a second electric plug-in connection element complementary thereto. Pertaining first and a second housings having a number of contact elements corresponding to the number of the wires in the one housing and a corresponding number of opposite contact elements in the other housing are provided. An electrical plug-in connection between the contact elements and their respective opposite contact elements can be established and released again respectively by a relative movement of the two housings. A locking connection occurs between the two housings, which can be established and detached again. A two-step operating mechanism is provided, where, during the relative movement of the two housings in a first step, a locking of the two housings takes place essentially without providing contact between the contact elements and their respective opposite contact elements, and where, during the transition into an end position as the second step, the actual providing of contact between the contact elements and their respective opposite contact elements takes place with a position-dependent increase of the contact force.
