摘要: Disclosed is a wire connecting device for a vehicle, preferably a hybrid vehicle, including six individual bus bars for connecting two 3-phase AC sub-devices to a main device, in which the bus bars are divided in to a first unit terminal unit and a second unit terminal unit each composed of a U-pole bus bar, a V-pole bus bar, and a W-pole bus bar, predetermined ends of the U-pole bus bar, the V-pole bus bar, and the W-pole bus bar of the first unit terminal unit bend to a side, and predetermined ends of the U-pole bus bar, the V-pole bus bar, and the W-pole bus bar of the second unit terminal unit bend to the other side.

摘要: A film capacitor is provided that includes a case in which a film cell is incorporated and a heat radiating plate including a heat absorption unit being positioned adjacent to the film cell while not being in contact with the film cell for absorbing heat and a heat radiating unit being exposed to the outside of the case. Preferred film capacitors can perform a stable operation and have durable lifespan, even when an inverter adopting the film capacitor is mounted on a trunk room and an engine room, by effectively cooling heat generated from a film cell of the film capacitor.

摘要: A film capacitor comprises a case in which a film cell is incorporated and a heat radiating plate including a heat absorption unit being positioned adjacent to the film cell while not being in contact with the film cell for absorbing heat and a heat radiating unit being exposed to the outside of the case. 摘要: Disclosed is a cooling system for a conversion device that includes a heat sinking plane, a main cooling jacket, and a sub-cooling jacket. The main cooling jacket is connected with the heat sinking plane and provided with a first component disposed thereto. The sub cooling jacket is connected with the heat sinking plane on the opposite side of the main cooling jacket, and provided with a second component which generates a relatively lower amount of heat than the first component. A main inlet is disposed in the main cooling jacket for supplying coolant to the main cooling jacket, and an outlet is disposed in the sub cooling jacket for exhausting the coolant which has passed through the sub cooling jacket. A sub inlet is formed in the heat sinking plane for the coolant passing through the main cooling jacket to be supplied to the sub cooling jacket.

摘要: Disclosed is a cooling system for a conversion device that includes a heat sinking plane, a main cooling jacket, and a sub-cooling jacket. The main cooling jacket is connected with the heat sinking plane and provided with a first component disposed thereto. The sub cooling jacket is connected with the heat sinking plane on the opposite side of the main cooling jacket, and provided with a second component which generates a relatively lower amount of heat than the first component. A main inlet is disposed in the main cooling jacket for supplying coolant to the main cooling jacket, and an outlet is disposed in the sub cooling jacket for exhausting the coolant which has passed through the sub cooling jacket. A sub inlet is formed in the heat sinking plane for the coolant passing through the main cooling jacket to be supplied to the sub cooling jacket.

摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for cooling parts of a hybrid electric vehicle. The apparatus cools the main heating parts of a motor driving system, including an inverter, in the HEV. A heat dissipater may also be provided and equipped with different heating parts, such that the heating parts share the heat dissipater. A channel for a coolant to flow is formed in the heat dissipater, and the heat dissipater defines heat transfer paths for transferring heat generated from the heating parts to the coolant. The heating parts include a power module, an inductor, and a film capacitor.
