    Abstract: A video encoding method is provided in the present invention. The method includes: determining a range of interest ROI in an ith frame, wherein the ROI comprises at least one ROI macroblock; extracting characteristic information of the at least one ROI macroblock, wherein the characteristic information comprises location information and type information of the at least one ROI macroblock; determining a quantization parameter QP corresponding to each of the at least one ROI macroblock; encoding the characteristic information of the at least one ROI macroblock according to the determined QP corresponding to each ROI macroblock, to obtain an ROI characteristic stream of the ith frame; and adding, to a video stream of the ith frame, the QP corresponding to each ROI macroblock and the ROI characteristic stream of the ith frame, to perform sending, wherein the video stream of the ith frame is obtained by encoding the ROI and a non-ROI comprised in the ith frame.

    Abstract: A water conserving silt discharging device includes a moving bottom plate. A first material conveying water pump, a stirring box, a filler box and a compression box are sequentially arranged on an upper portion of the moving bottom plate. And a roller mechanism is arranged on each of four diagonal portions of a lower portion of the moving bottom palate. A controller, an infrared sensor and a high-definition camera assembly are arranged on the upper portion of the moving bottom plate. The first material conveying water pump conveys silt material to the stirring box through a convey pipe. A jitter mechanism assembly is arranged at a bottom portion of the stirring box to generate jittering. The jitter mechanism assembly comprises a plurality of identically shaking spring bodies and a driving cylinder arranged on the shaking spring bodies.

    Abstract: The municipal waste sorting system includes a sorting guide rail frame and garbage collecting boxes arranged on two sides of the sorting guide rail frame, a first recycling bin disposed on a tail of the soiling guide rail frame and a second recycling bin in communication with the first recycling bin. The method discloses that a user is authenticated according to a received application service acquisition request from a user mobile phone, and when the user authentication is passed, the application service acquisition request is sent to an application server, so that the application server provides an application service to the user mobile phone according to the application service acquisition request.
