摘要: In a non-contacting power supply system for a rail-guided vehicle which can move along a plurality of power supply lines connected to respective power sources and receive a supply of electric power required for moving from the plurality of power supply lines, the rail-guided vehicle comprises a plurality of power receiving cores for receiving a supply of electric power from the plurality of power supply lines. The gaps between the plurality of power supply lines in the portions between the power supply lines are set to be equal to or longer than the length of each of the power receiving cores in the direction of the power supply lines, thereby eliminating the bad influence on the non-contacting power supply system due to the difference between the phases or frequencies of the power sources of the power supply lines.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a TDMA communication system which is adapted to different communication environments or prepares different communication environments and allows each mobile station to be set for working in any one of the different communication environments. The communication system commonly uses a TDMA format that has a fixed frame-length and a constant number of bits for each of the slots composing the frame. The communication environments have prepared respective sets of communication conditions, each set including a transmission power, a modulating method, the number of multiplexed signals, error-correction, an antenna gain, a frequency hopping value and a diversity value. At each mobile station and each base station, one of plural sets of communication conditions for respective environments is selected to establish communication with each other under the selected environment.

摘要: A fuel vapor purge control system of an automobile engine comprises fuel vapor concentration calculating means for calculating a concentration of fuel vapor in the purge flow based on a feedback correction coefficient, target purge rate calculating means for selectively setting a target purge rate depending on the magnitude of the fuel vapor concentration, purge valve controlling means for controlling the operation of a purge control valve so as to obtain the target purge rate, purge condition judging means for judging whether or not a purge condition to perform purging is satisfied based on operational conditions of the engine, wherein the target purge rate calculating means sets an initial target purge rate after the purge condition judging means judges that the purge condition is satisfied, the initial target purge rate being gradually increased with an elapse of time from an initial rate to a predetermined rate, and then sets a target purge rate depending on the fuel vapor concentration after the initial target purge rate reaches a predetermined rate and correction means for correcting the fuel injection amount by reducing an amount equivalent to a purged fuel vapor amount calculated based on the fuel vapor concentration and the target purge rate. Whereby the controllability of the air-fuel ratio control system can be prevented from being lowered with the utmost evap purge amount retained.

摘要: An input multi-level amplitude signal of 2.sup.M levels is supplied via a DC level controller to an AD converter for conversion into an N-bit (N being an integer greater than M) digital signal, and M high-order bits of the digital signal are provided as decided outputs. It is decided by a decision means whether a deviation of the DC level of the multi-level amplitude signal at the input side of the AD converter is in excess of a predetermined value. When the deviation of the DC level is decided less than the predetermined value, the outputs of bits less significant than the Mth bit in the digital signal are integrated for input as a DC level control signal into the DC level controller, correcting the deviation of the DC level. When it is decided by the decision means that the deviation of the DC level is greater than the predetermined value, at least one of the M high-order bit outputs in the output digital signal is integrated for input as a DC level control signal into the DC level controller, correcting the deviation of the DC level.
