摘要: An air-conditioning system includes a general-purpose device controller which controls a general-purpose device and an air-conditioning facility. The general-purpose device controller includes a processing configuration unit which receives a first signal corresponding to the air-conditioning facility and a second signal corresponding to the general-purpose device and transmits a control signal which controls the air-conditioning facility and the general-purpose device based on the first signal and the second signal. The processing configuration unit is configured to designate the air-conditioning facility which is a first control target, with a management address which is included in the first signal and designate the air-conditioning facility, designate the general-purpose device which is a second control target, with an input/output port number which is included in the second signal and designate the general-purpose device, and transmit the control signal which performs ganged control of the first control target and the second control target.

摘要: There are provided an electric energy meter with a transmission device that generates a pulse signal for measuring electric energy supplied to an outdoor unit, an input circuit for an external signal that receives the pulse signal, and a control unit that measures electric energy on the basis of the pulse signal, wherein the control unit includes a determination unit that determines, as an input port for the pulse signal, one of input ports that are not in use from among a plurality of input ports forming the input circuit for an external signal, and a calculation unit that calculates electric power, electric energy consumption, and energy consumption efficiency on the basis of the pulse signal.

摘要: An air-conditioning system includes: an air-conditioning apparatus including one or a plurality of indoor units and one or a plurality of outdoor units connected by a refrigerant pipe; and a general controller connected to the outdoor units and the indoor units via a transmission line and connecting input/output general devices related to air-conditioning. The general controller includes: setting means which performs a process for setting, for each output signal, a condition related to an input signal and a determination value defined within a predetermined range for the condition; setting storage means which stores data related to the setting of the setting means; and determination means which performs a process of performing determination as to control on the basis of the data stored in the setting storage means and the condition included in each input signal and a determination value corresponding to the condition, and sending an output signal based on the determination.

摘要: A setting unit acquires the temperature of an air-conditioned space, calculates the difference between the temperature of the air-conditioned space and a suction temperature as a correction amount ΔT, and transmits information of the correction amount ΔT to an air-conditioning apparatus. A controller of the air-conditioning apparatus controls the operation of the air-conditioning apparatus so that a control temperature obtained by adding the correction amount ΔT to the suction temperature becomes equal to a set temperature.

摘要: An air conditioning system includes air conditioning facilities with an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, a dedicated transmission line, a general-purpose equipment controller, and an energy management gateway. The energy management gateway includes a dedicated transmission line that enables communication with the air conditioning facilities via the dedicated transmission line, a management controller that collects management information preregistered for managing the air conditioning facilities from among various information received via the dedicated transmission line, and a processing controller that executes computational processing related to management of the air conditioning facilities on the basis of the collected management information, and controls the air conditioning facilities. The general-purpose equipment controller receives or accepts input of running information corresponding to each of the air conditioning facilities and general-purpose equipment, and controls the general-purpose equipment on the basis of the running information.

The control means resets an upper limit of the target evaporating temperature when: a control determination temperature difference which is a difference between a set temperature and a temperature of an air-conditioned space is within a predetermined range; a humidity of the air-conditioned space is equal to or lower than a predetermined value; and a thermo-ON indoor unit and a thermo-OFF indoor unit are present together in the same air-conditioned space.
