The present invention relates to a method when an extrusion molding is produced using an extruder in which a tapered part 1 has a half apex angle of from 4 to 20° formed at the outlet part of a die hole 9, and outlet parts of plural die holes 9 are arranged in a staggered state at the resin discharge surface side of a die plate 10, the shear rate γ at the extruder outlet is from 100 to 500 sec−1, and the shear stress τ is from 50 to 200 kPa.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, a semiconductor substrate having device regions and an isolation region for separating the device region is provided. Then, a trench is formed in the isolation region of the semiconductor substrate. A nitride film is formed on the device regions of the semiconductor substrate. Next, an oxide film is formed within the trench and on the nitride film so that an upper surface of the oxide film within the trench is located more than about 500 Å below an upper surface of the nitride film. Finally, the oxide film is polished by CMP method so that a height of the upper surface of the oxide film within the trench portion is maintained at less than a height of the upper surface of the nitride film adjacent thereto.

A hollow cylindrical molding of a bearing metal material is inserted and fitted, as an inner member, inside an inner surface of a circular large end hole of a large end section of a connecting rod. A tapered surface of a rotary pressing tool is pressed, while rotating, to the hollow cylindrical molding to heat and soften the hollow cylindrical molding, causing the hollow cylindrical molding of the bearing metal material to plastically flow axially and radially outward, whereby a bearing metal layer is directly joined and formed on the inner surface of the large end hole.
