摘要： An information reproducing apparatus is provided with: a clamping device (900) capable of clamping and clamp-releasing a recording medium (100); a rotating device (20) for rotating the recording medium clamped by the clamping device; a reading device (30) disposed opposite to an information record surface of the recording medium for reading information recorded on the information record surface of the recording medium; a driving device (34, 34D, 32) capable of moving the reading device in a radial direction of the recording medium; and a linkage device (24, 83, 85) for linking a clamping or clamp-releasing action by the clamping device with a movement of the reading device by the driving device. The driving device moves the reading device as a first driving voltage is supplied to the driving device upon reading the information recorded on the information record surface, the first driving voltage including such a value that the action of the clamping device is not linked with the movement of the reading device by the linkage device.

摘要： An information reproducing apparatus improved is provided with: an optical pickup (11) for reading record information recorded on an optical disc (100) and outputting a read signal; an error correction circuit (15) for executing an error correction process with respect to the outputted read signal and outputting output data through the error correction process corresponding to the record information; and a buffering memory device (17) for buffering the outputted output data. The apparatus is further provided with a microcomputer (20) for altering the error correction process in the error correction circuit depending on a memory status of the buffering memory device, if in the error correcting device, an error is detected in the read signal or an error ratio of the error becomes greater than a predetermined threshold value.

摘要： An information reproducing apparatus comprises: a reproducing device which reproduces program information recorded on a recording medium; and a control device which, when a user's instruction is necessary at the time of reproducing said program information, requests the user to input the necessary instruction, waits for the instruction from the user and, controls reproducing operation of said reproducing device in response to the instruction from the user at the time of input of the instruction. The control device determines whether sound information desired by the user is included in said program information or not and, when it is determined that the sound information is included in the program information, controls the reproducing operation of said reproducing device in accordance with a preset reproducing procedure without waiting for said instruction input from said user.

摘要： A record medium playback apparatus includes a playback section and a playback control section. The playback control section is adapted to control a playback start position of the program information when the record medium playback apparatus is restarted after power thereof was turned off. The playback control section determines the playback start position of the program information using a first sequence when the record time of the whole program information corresponding to the playback position at the power off is less than a predetermined time. The negative electrode active material can be obtained with a multi DC magnetron sputtering apparatus by use of, for example, silicon, aluminum and niobium as targets. An electric device using the negative electrode active material can achieve a high cycle property while keeping a high discharge property.

摘要： A reverse rotation preventing device comprising: a fixed ring disposed in proximity to the external peripheral surface of a coil spring; an input coupling rotatably driven; an output coupling, to which is fixed an output shaft; and a reinforcing ring on the input side and a reinforcing ring on the output side, which cover the opposite ends of the coil spring, respectively. Engaging pawls are projected and bent in the axial direction at the both ends of the coil spring, respectively, and an engaging recession for engaging the engaging pawl is formed on each of both reinforcing rings. An engageable portion of the input coupling is engaged with an engageable pawl formed on the reinforcing ring on the input side to decrease the diameter of the coil spring, so that the output shaft is rotated. An engageable portion of the output coupling is engaged with an engageable pawl formed on the reinforcing ring on the output side to increase the diameter of the coil spring, so that the output shaft is prevented from rotating reversely.

摘要： A speed reducing device employs dampers which are provided for power transmission from a worm wheel engaged with a worm gear to an output shaft of the device so as to absorb shocks. The device does not require a metallic plate to which the dampers are adhered nor a bearing which specifically supports the output shaft. A first wheel is engaged with the worm gear and has protrusions on its plate surface facing a second wheel. The second wheel is rigidly connected to the output shaft and has protrusions on its plate surface facing the first wheel. The protrusions of the first and second wheels take complementary positions, in which each protrusion of one wheel is apart from the adjacent protrusion of the other wheel a predetermined distance with respect to the rotational direction. The dampers are provided between neighboring protrusions of the first and second wheels so that the dampers are pressed and contracted to elastically transmit power from the first wheel to the second wheel.
