摘要： Still image recording/playback apparatus comprising an electronic still camera having operating components including an image sensor for sensing an image and producing image signals representative thereof, a recorder for recording image signals derived from the image sensor, playback circuitry for playing back the recorded image signals and a camera controller for controlling at least the recorder and playback circuitry. An electronic player is selectively connectable to the camera and has a signal processor for processing the image signals played back by the playback circuitry to produce viewable picture signals, and a player controller for selectively controlling the operation of the electronic player. When a connection between the camera and player is detected, a predetermined operating mode for both the camera and player is established.

In another embodiment, the power is interrupted to both the motor and the signal processing circuit by the controller for the duration of charging, so that a large charging current is available and the signal processing circuit is prevented from erroneous operation due to source voltage drops.

摘要： An electronic camera of the type having an image pick up for generating electrical image signals representing a received optical image, a recorder responsive to a record control signal for recording the image signals on a magnetic medium, and a shutter release operable to carry out a recording operation whereby the image signals are recorded. A standby switch, separate from and operable independently of the shutter release, functions to condition the recorder to carry out the recording operation upon subsequent operation of the shutter release. A separate recording switch is actuated by the shutter release for causing a record control signal to be supplied to the conditioned recorder, whereby image signals are recorded on the magnetic medium.

摘要： A disc loading apparatus has a main chassis having a disc spindle and a signal transducer, a slide chassis slidably provided on the main chassis, a disc holder spring-biased towards the main chassis for inserting a disc cassette for recording and/or reproducing operation and a rotatable arm provided on the main chassis and cooperating with the slide chassis at an arc cam formed on the rotatable arm, the rotatable arm being rotated against a spring force by the insertion of the disc cartridge into the disc holder. There are further provided a center core pressing arm provided on the disc holder and spring-biased towards said main chassis for pressing a center core of the disc cassette towards the disc spindle of the main chassis at one time when the disc holder moves down to the main chassis in accordance with the rotational movement of the rotatable arm and a protect arm cooperating with the rotatable arm and the center core pressing arm for preventing an erroneous pressing action of the center core pressing arm to the center core. Accordingly, upon recording and/or reproducing, upon mis-operation of the eject member, and upon unloading, the magnetic disc can be rotated and unloaded positively and smoothly.

摘要： An electronic equipment, such as a recording and/or reproducing apparatus for recording and/or reproducing an information signal in and/or from a recording medium. The electronic equipment includes a drive mechanism portion, a chassis, an upper lid, a lower lid, a panel frame and a battery compartment portion. The chassis is a frame substantially square in shape and is formed by bending a band-shaped piece of sheet metal. The chassis supports therein the drive mechanism portion through a damping mechanism. The upper lid is made of a metal material and attached to one surface side of the chassis so as to open and close the drive mechanism portion. The lower lid is made of a metal material and attached to the chassis so as to close the other surface of the chassis. The panel frame is substantially U-letter in shape and made of a synthetic resin. The panel frame has a plurality of operation buttons provided thereon and is attached to the outside of the chassis. The battery compartment portion has substantially the same thickness obtained under the condition that the lower lid is attached to the chassis and that the drive mechanism portion is closed by the upper lid. The battery compartment portion is made of a metal material and attached to one side wall of the chassis.
