摘要:
Coating of heat-soluble material on a substrate or cleaning is performed by supplying a heat-soluble material in heated and melted condition onto a substrate, laying a sheet member on the heat-soluble material, cooling the heat-soluble material to solidify, and peeling off the sheet member.

A method of forming an ink image with a thermo-sensitive ink by using a printing plate that is used in dry lithographic printing, and printing the ink image onto an object. An ink remover is placed via a thermo-sensitive ink layer that is in a heated state on a printing surface of a printing plate having a part receptive to ink and a part capable of repelling ink. The printing plate and the ink remover are separated after they are cooled so that the ink layer on the part capable of repelling ink is transferred to the ink remover. The ink image obtained on the printing plate or the ink remover is transferred to an object. Printing that does not require maintenance that has been essential to conventional dry lithographic printing becomes possible.

The fine-line pattern forming method is to form a pattern by transferring the pattern formed on the blanket of which surface is covered with an elastic material mainly composed of silicone resin, on a substrate on which a tack layer is formed. As an example thereof, the forming method of cathode-ray tube anode comprises a step of filling the groove of an intaglio with a graphite ink, a step of transferring the graphite ink in the groove of the intaglio on a blanket of which surface is covered with an elastic material mainly composed of silicone resin, a step of forming a tack layer on a substrate, a step of transferring and printing the pattern transferred on the blanket onto the substrate, a step of filling the groove of the intaglio with a phosphor ink, a step of transferring the ink in the groove of the intaglio on the blanket of which surface is covered with an elastic material mainly composed of silicone resin, a step of forming a tack layer on the substrate, a step of transferring and printing the pattern transferred on the blanket on the substrate on which the graphite pattern has been formed, a step of transferring an aluminum thin film possessing multiple pores as a metal-backed layer so as to cover a black matrix and a phosphor layer, and a step of firing the substrate covered with the aluminum thin film. The graphite ink comprises graphite powder, vehicle containing depolymerization type organic binder, and organic acid metal salt. The phosphor ink comprises phosphor powder and vehicle containing polymerization type organic binder.

A transfer recording medium is disclosed, comprising a light transmitting support having provided thereon a heat transfer solid ink layer via an interlayer having a photolyzable compound. The recording medium provides a clear and high-quality color image on an image-receiving sheet at high speed and low cost irrespective of surface smoothness of the image-receiving sheet.

A print head with elongate electrical conductors and a fixing member containing hexagonal boron nitride, the elongate electrical conductors being embedded in or laminated on the fixing member and exposed at the tips. Electric signals are applied between the conductors and a printing medium to print thereon images corresponding to the electric signals.

This invention proposes methods of effectively forming a metal-backed layer and an anode using a metal film transferring sheet in which micro-holes are formed. that is, the metal film transferring sheet is structured by forming a metal film on a mold-releasable, highly characteristic sheet. Then, the metal film having micro-holes of the metal film transferring sheet is transferred onto a phosphor screen. Or, on the metal film of the above-mentioned metal film transferring sheet, is formed a phosphor screen and the metal film, the phosphor screen, etc. are all transferred onto a face plate form an anode of a cathode-ray tube. Then the methods proposed by this invention are applied for making phosphor products of, for example, a cathode-ray tube or a plasma display. According to these methods, there is no need to use a large-scaled manufacturing facility and high quality, low cost products can be obtainable.

A solid-state image pickup device includes a lens, a first light receiving element, a second light receiving element, and an element separation area. The first light receiving element is configured to receive light from the lens. The second light receiving element is configured to receive light from the lens. The element separation area is between the first light receiving element and the second light receiving element. The lens has an optical axis, which is offset from a center of the element separation area.

A technology of a phase-difference detecting image pickup element that can precisely detect a focus by a phase difference detection method and that can be properly produced even if pixels are becoming finer is provided. An image pickup element of an image pickup device includes an AF pixel pair 11f performing a pupil division function by receiving an object light beam transmitted through a pair of portions Qa, Qb in an exit pupil; and ordinary pixels that are not provided with the pupil division function. The AF pixel pair 11f includes a pair of photoelectric converters PD having the same size as photoelectric converters of the ordinary pixels and being disposed adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction. A light-intercepting section LS and one microlens ML are provided above the pair of photoelectric converters PD. The light-intercepting section LS has two light-intercepting areas Ea, Eb that intercept the light beam transmitted through the exit pupil. The one microlens ML is interposed between the two light-intercepting areas Ea, Eb. This makes it possible to realize an image pickup element that can precisely detect a focus by the phase difference detection method and that can be properly produced even if pixels are becoming finer.

摘要:
An imaging device includes an image pickup device having an arrangement of photoelectric converting units, the arrangement in which a plurality of pairs of photoelectric converting units are arranged along a predetermined direction, each pair of photoelectric converting units receiving light beams of a subject passing through partial areas in a pair that are lopsided in reverse to each other along the predetermined direction in an exit pupil of a shooting optical system, and a focus detector for performing focus detection of a phase-difference detecting technique according to data obtained from the pair of photoelectric converting units in the arrangement of the photoelectric converting units. The focus detector corrects the data according to a correction amount corresponding to a positional shift amount from the normalized position, and performs focus detection of the phase-difference detecting technique according to the corrected data.
