    摘要: A vinyl chloride resin composition having a greatly improved processability without lowering the transparency wherein the gelation property of a vinyl chloride resin is improved with greatly decreased generation of ungelled substance; which comprises a vinyl chloride resin and 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of a processing aid per 100 parts by weight of said vinyl chloride resin, wherein said processing aid is a polymer prepared by polymerizing (B) 70 to 97 parts by weight of a monomer mixture comprising 60 to 100% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 0 to 40% by weight of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an alkyl acrylate and an alkyl methacrylate different from methyl methacrylate and 0 to 10% by weight of other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith, in the presence of a latex prepared by emulsion-polymerizing (A) 3 to 30 parts by weight of a monomer mixture comprising 0 to 50% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 50 to 100% by weight of an alkyl acrylate and 0 to 20% by weight of other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith, the total amount of said mixtures (A) and (B) being 100 parts by weight, and said polymer has a specific viscosity of at least 1 measured at 30° C. with respect to a solution of 0.4 g of said polymer in 100 ml of benzene.

    摘要: 0.1 to 50 parts of a viscosity modifier for thermoplastic polyester resin comprising (a) 15 to 95% by weight alkyl (meth)acrylate containing an epoxy group, (b) 5 to 85% by weight of another alkyl (meth)acrylate and (c) 0 to 80% by weight of another vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith and having weight average molecular weight of 1,000 to 400,000 is compounded, based on 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyester resin. As a result, melt viscosity of thermoplastic polyester resin can be efficiently improved, stable processability is exhibited in extrusion molding, blow molding and calender molding, particularly profile extrusion and extrusion molding of boards and pipes which are extremely difficult, and a molded article having favorable surface properties is obtained.

    摘要: The present invention provides a thermoplastic polyester resin composition, which exhibits stable processability in extrusion molding, blow molding and calender molding, particularly in profile extrusion and extrusion molding of boards and pipes, by efficiently enhancing melt viscosity of thermoplastic polyester resin, and gives a molded article having favorable surface properties and excellent impact strength. By compounding (B) 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of a viscosity modifier for thermoplastic polyester resin comprising (a) 3 to 95% by weight of alkyl(meth)acrylate containing an epoxy group, (b) 5 to 97% by weight of another alkyl(meth)acrylate and (c) 0 to 92% by weight of another vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith, and having weight average molecular weight of 1,000 to 400,000; and (C) 1 to 50 parts by weight of a core-shell graft polymer, based on (A) 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyester resin, stable processability is exhibited in extrusion molding and a molded article having favorable surface properties and excellent impact strength is obtained.

There is used a foamable poly(vinyl chloride) resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of (A) a poly(vinyl chloride) resin, 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of (B) a processing aid, and 0.5 to 15 parts by weight of water and 0 to 20 parts by weight of a thermal decomposition foaming agent as a foaming agent (C), wherein the processing aid is obtained by adding and polymerizing 0 to 50 parts of a monomer mixture (b) comprising 0 to 50% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 50 to 100% by weight of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of methacrylate excluding methyl methacrylate and acrylate, and 0 to 20% by weight of a vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith, in the presence of a latex of a (co)polymer obtained by emulsion polymerizing 50 to 100 parts by weight of a monomer mixture (a) comprising 50 to 100% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 0 to 50% by weight of a monomer selected from the group consisting of methacrylate excluding methyl methacrylate and acrylate, and 0 to 20% of a vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith in an amount that a total amount of (a) and (b) is 100 parts by weight.

    摘要: Generation of air marks and flow marks is prevented when a vinyl chloride resin is molded into a sheet or the like. To a vinyl chloride resin is added a processing aid for a vinyl chloride resin comprising a copolymer composition containing, (A) 70 to 99 parts by weight of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 50 to 99% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 1 to 50% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound and 0 to 30% by weight of another monomer copolymerizable with these components, said copolymer having a specific viscosity at 30° C. of 0.3 to 1.8 when 0.4 g of said copolymer is dissolved in 100 ml of toluene; and (B) 1 to 30 parts by weight of a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 0 to 60% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 40 to 100% by weight of methacrylic ester other than methyl methacrylate and/or 40 to 99% by weight of acrylic ester, and 0 to 50% by weight of another monomer copolymerizable with these components, the total amount of (A) and (B) being 100 parts by weight, wherein said copolymer composition has a specific viscosity at 30° C. of 0.3 to 2.0 when 0.4 g of said copolymer composition is dissolved in 100 ml of toluene.

    摘要: An aromatic vinyl resin composition comprising (A) 5 to 40% by weight of a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing 15 to 60 parts by weight of (a4) a vinyl monomer in the presence of 85 to 40 parts by weight of rubber particles (total of vinyl monomer and rubber being 100 parts by weight) having an average particle size of 3,500 to 20,000 angstroms obtained by adding, to a latex of a rubber having an average particle size of 500 to 3,000 angstroms and comprising (a1) 50 to 100% by weight of a diene monomer, (a2) 50 to 0% by weight of a vinyl monomer and (a3) 0 to 3% by weight of a crosslinking monomer, 0.1 to 15 parts by weight of an acid group-containing copolymer per 100 parts by weight of the rubber to agglomerate the rubber particles to enhance the particle size thereof, and (B) 95 to 60% by weight of an aromatic vinyl resin comprising (b1) 40 to 100% by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer, (b2) 60 to 0% by weight of a methacrylic ester and (b3) 0 to 20% by weight of other vinyl monomer. The composition provides molded articles having an improved impact resistance without impairing properties of the aromatic vinyl resin such as heat resistance and transparency.

    摘要: An aromatic vinyl resin composition which is transparent and has impact resistance. It is an impact-resistant thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) 5 to 50 parts by weight of a graft copolymer and (B) 95 to 50 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin comprising an aromatic vinyl polymer having a syndiotactic structure, wherein the graft copolymer (A) is one obtained by polymerizing 60 to 15 wt % monomer mixture (d) comprising 20 to 100 wt. % aromatic vinyl monomer in the presence of 40 to 85 wt. % latex-form rubber particles (c) having an average particle diameter of 3,000 to 20,000 Å obtained by aggregating and enlarging latex-form rubber particles (a) having an average particle diameter of 3,000 Å or smaller by adding thereto 0.1 to 15 parts by weight (on solid basis) of an acid-group-containing copolymer latex (b) obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 5 to 25 wt % unsaturated carboxylic acid and 95 to 75 wt. % monomer copolymerizable with the unsaturated carboxylic acid, per 100 parts by weight (on solid basis) of the particles (a).
