    摘要: To provide a coating agent capable of forming a coating film having high hardness, high rubbing resistance, and strong adhesibility, without necessitating a high-temperature treatment as in a conventional method, even when titanium oxide having a high refractive index is used and a process for producing the coating agent; a coating film formed by applying the above-mentioned coating agent and a process for producing the coating film; and an optical instrument comprising the above-mentioned coating film and a process for producing the optical instrument.A coating agent for an optical instrument, obtainable under the conditions where one or more titanium sources selected from the group consisting of titanium alkoxides and titanium salts, a nitrogen-containing organic base, and water are co-present; a coating agent for an optical instrument, obtainable by mixing a hydrolyzed solution of one or more titanium sources selected from the group consisting of titanium alkoxides and titanium salts, and a nitrogen-containing organic base; and a coating agent for an optical instrument, obtainable by hydrolyzing one or more titanium sources selected from the group consisting of titanium alkoxides and titanium salts, in the presence of a nitrogen-containing organic base.

    摘要: A detergent composition for precision parts or jigs includes (a) a hydrocarbon having a 10-18 carbon atoms,, (b) polyalkylene glycol C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl ether, and (c) a polyalkylene glycol C.sub.4 -C.sub.8 alkyl ether, wherein a weight ratio of component (a) to the sum of components (b) and (c), (a)/[(b)+(c)], is from 5/95 to 95/5, and a weight ratio of component (b) to component (c), (b)/(c), is from 5/95 to 95/5. The composition is excellent in removing smears such as fats and/or oils, machine oils, cutting oils, greases, liquid crystals, and/or rosin fluxes which have adhered to surfaces of precision parts or jigs. The present composition also exhibits excellent rinsability and high safety and is free of any fear of environmental pollution.

    摘要: Disclosed is a process for cleaning electronic parts or precision parts which comprises the steps of: washing the parts with a cleaning agent composition, rinsing the washed parts with water having a temperature of from 5.degree. to 100.degree. C., and maintaining the rinsing waste water at a temperature of 20.degree. C. or higher to effect separation of organic substances. The cleaning agent composition contains, as active cleaning components, a nonionic surface active agent and a compound selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon compounds and slightly water soluble alkyl esters or alkyl ketones. The composition is such that 50% by weight or more of the organic substances separate from the water phase when the composition is made into an aqueous solution having an organic substance content of 5% by weight adjusted by diluting it with water or by evaporating water from it and the resulting cleaning agent aqueous solution is subsequently allowed to stand still for 30 minutes at a temperature of from 20.degree. to 100.degree. C.According to the present invention, organic substances in rinsing waste water can be separated and removed efficiently, and subsequent waste water treatment step can be simplified. The process is economically advantageous, because the rinsing waste water after the separation treatment can be used again as a rinsing liquid.

    摘要: A detergent composition which can effectively cleanse electronic and precision parts and produces waste effluent water which is very easily treated is disclosed. The detergent composition comprises one or more nonionic surface active agents and, when diluted with water to a concentration of 5%, the aqueous solution has a cloud point of 5.degree.-100.degree. C. Disclosed is also a process for cleansing electronic and precision parts comprising the steps 1) to 3): 1) cleaning the electronic and precision parts with a detergent composition comprising one or more nonionic surface active agents and wherein a 5% by weight of aqueous solution of said detergent composition has a cloud point of 5.degree.-100.degree. C., or with an aqueous solution of this detergent composition, at a temperature below said cloud point, 2) rinsing the electronic and precision parts with a rinse water resulted in step 1) at a temperature of 5.degree.-100.degree. C., and 3) heating the rinse waste water to a temperature above its cloud point; thereby separating the oil components contained therein.
