摘要： A variable displacement vane compressor for an air conditioning system used in an automobile has a cylinder assembly having a bore in which a rotor (7) is received to form at least one crescent chamber (R1, R2) between the rotor (7) and the bore. The cooling capacity is adjusted in accordance with a cooling load of the air conditioning system by displacement of an annular plate member (21) for controlling the amount of refrigerant introduced into a crescent chamber (R1, R2). The annular plate member (7) is driven by a driving units (25, 25a, 26, 27, 28, S1, S2) in which a dynamic pressure balance between a first compartment (S1) to which a refrigerant gas under a discharging pressure is introduced, and of a second compartment (S2) to which an oil under a discharging pressure is introduced. A sealing means (35a, 36) for preventing the leakage of the refrigerant gas from the high pressure region including the first compartment (S1) to the low pressure region is provided between the annular plate member (21) and a front end wall member (4) and an pressurized oil is supplied to the sealing means (35a, 36) to enhance the sealing effect of the sealing means (35a, 36).

摘要： A variable capacity type vane compressor comprising a cylinder having an oblong cylinder bore and a rotor with radial vanes rotatably inserted in the cylinder so that the radially outer ends of the vanes are in slidable contact with the cylinder bore surface to form compression chambers therebetween. A movable capacity control disk is arranged at an interface between one side plate and the rotor to control the quantity of introduced gas and/or returned compressed gas to vary a capacity of the compressor. The capacity control disk is moved by a spool actuator inserted in a spool cylinder having opposed working chambers. Gas under output pressure is introduced into the first working chamber, and oil under output pressure is introduced into the second working chamber, while a leak passage relieves the oil pressure to an intermediate pressure. A spring is also arranged in the second working chamber to urge the spool, and a valve is arranged in the oil passage close to the second working chamber to regulate the movement of the spool in response to a predetermined requirement.

摘要： A variable displacement vane compressor for an air conditioning system having at least one crescent chamber (R1, R2) defined by vanes (8), a rotor (6), and a bore of a cylindrical body (3). The cooling capacity is adjusted by rotational displacement of an annular plate member (21) for controlling the amount of refrigerant introduced into the crescent chamber (R1, R2). The annular plate member (21) is rotated by a spool (25) driven by a dynamic pressure balance between a first compartment (S1) to which a refrigerant gas under a discharging pressure is introduced, and of a second compartment (S2) to which an oil under a discharging pressure is introduced. The spool (25) is connected to the annular plate member (21) through a pin (26) penetrating an arcuate slot 27 formed in a front end wall plate member (4). A sealing means (35a, 36) for preventing the leakage of the refrigerant gas from the high pressure region including the first compartment (S 1) to the low pressure region is provided between the annular plate member (21) and the front end wall member (4). A pressurized oil is supplied to the sealing means (35a, 36) through an intermediate passage (37) to enhance the sealing effect of the sealing means (35a, 36). The intermediate passage (37) is separated from the arcuate slot (27) to prevent the high pressure oil from leaking into the first compartment (S1).

摘要： A variable displacement vane compressor including a rotor rotatably supported between a pair of side plates secured to a cylinder, vanes movably supported in the rotor to define variable compression chambers in the cylinder, a reciprocally rotatable displacement control plate located between the rotor and one of the side plates for controlling the largest displacement of the compression chambers when closed, a spool chamber provided in one side plate and opposed to the displacement control plate, a spool which reciprocates in the spool chamber to define a first pressure chamber in which a refrigerant having a discharge pressure is introduced and a second pressure chamber in which an oil having the discharge pressure is introduced through a control valve unit in response to the suction pressure, the spool and the displacement control plate being interconnected by a connecting member and moving together, a seal ring between the displacement control plate and the one side plate, for isolating a high pressure area from a low pressure area, and feed passages for introducing the oil having the discharge pressure to the sealing ring. The one side plate has an elongated hole which permits movement of the connecting member extending therethrough, and the seal ring has a diameter smaller than that of an imaginary circle centered on the rotation axis of the rotor and circumscribing the elongated hole. The seal ring is eccentric to the rotation axis and includes the elongated hole in the seal ring.

摘要： A scroll type refrigerant compressor having an axial housing means defining a discharge chamber and a low pressure chamber around the discharge chamber, a stationary scroll , and a movable scroll. The movable scroll engages the stationary scroll and moves along a predetermined orbiting path respective to the stationary scroll. The stationary and movable scrolls define compression chambers therebetween. The stationary end plate of the stationary scroll includes a pair of relief ports for fluid communication between the compression chamber and the low pressure chamber. The compressor further comprises a valve plate in the form of a ring with a pair of valve ports. The valve plate is rotatable about the axis of the compressor between an open position where the valve port is aligned with the relief port to provide fluid communication between the compression chambers and the low pressure chamber and a closed position where the valve port separates the compression chamber from the low pressure chamber. An actuator for rotating the valve plate between the open position and the closed position in response to a refrigeration demand signal.

摘要： A variable-delivery compressor having plural compression chambers whose volume is changed as a rotor is rotated in a housing to compress a gas sucked through a suction port and deliver the compressed gas through a discharge port, comprising: a by-pass passage for communication between a compressing and a sucking compression chamber of the plural compression chambers; a device for changing the position of the discharge-side extremity of an opening of the by-pass passage on the side of the compressing compression chamber, in the circumferential direction of the rotor, to retard the compression start timing of the compressing compression chamber; and at least one of a variable flow restrictor device associated with a suction passage communicating with the suction port to adjust a flow of the gas which is sucked through the suction passage, and a pressure relief device including a pressure relief passage and a switching device for closing and opening the pressure relief device. The pressure relief passage is normally closed by the switching device, but opened by the switching device to permit the compressing compression chamber to communicate with the suction chamber when the discharge-side extremity of the opening of the by-pass passage is shifted in the rotating direction of the rotor to a position nearest to the discharge port.

In the laminated body, a hole passing through the inner dielectric layer and the inner conductive layers is arranged, and the one pair of outer conductive layers are electromagnetically coupled through a metal film formed inside the hole.

摘要： Fluid inlet and outlet portions are provided for introducing and discharging a hydraulic fluid. The fluid outlet portion includes a plurality of outlet ports. A drive shaft is provided that rotates about its axis. A plurality of volume variable pump chambers are arranged about the drive shaft and rotated by the same. The pump chambers are arranged between the fluid inlet and outlet portions for compressing the hydraulic fluid from the fluid inlet portion before discharging the same from the fluid outlet portion. The pump chambers are exposed to the outlet ports separately one after another when the pump chambers are rotated by the drive shaft. A discharge rate varying mechanism is provided that varies a fluid discharge rate of each of the outlet ports by varying the amount of the fluid led to the outlet ports.
