摘要: A vehicle mounting an engine and a transmission, and automatically controlling the transmission using a shift map, wherein shifting is executed to meet the traveling conditions of the vehicle and to ensure the braking force based on the engine brake as intended by the driver at the time of decelerating the vehicle. The transmission control unit has a shift map for determining the gear depending on the vehicle speed and the accelerator opening degree of the engine, and, further, has a mode-judging means for judging an acceleration mode period and a deceleration mode period depending on the operating conditions of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal. In the deceleration mode period after the driver has depressed the brake pedal, the shift-up is prohibited (S9), and a gear region in the map for shift down is corrected in a direction in which the vehicle speed increases (S2, S3) to execute the shift-down early. In the deceleration mode period, therefore, the braking force based on the engine brake acts on the vehicle to a sufficient degree, and the frequency for operating the brake pedal by the driver can be decreased.

摘要: A steam engine of a simple constitution capable of efficiently obtaining mechanical energy not only from a heat source of a high temperature but also from various heat sources in a low-temperature state such as the exhaust heat of an internal combustion engine. The engine comprises a displacement engine 1 having a rotor 13 that rotates, a steam-generating portion 2 arranged thereunder and a condenser 3 arranged thereover. Water heated in the steam-generating portion 2 becomes the steam which is fed into the displacement engine 1, enters into an operation chamber that moves up, rotates the rotor 13 and is, thereafter, fed into the condenser 3 where it is condensed to turn into the condensate. The condensate falls on the rotor 13 on the lower side due to gravity, and is refluxed into the steam-generating portion 2 through the operation chamber that moves downward with rotation of the rotor 13. The steam engine efficiently operates even at low speeds, requires no pump for refluxing the condensate, and is constituted in a compact size.

摘要: This invention relates to a feedback control device for controlling the stroke of an actuator stroke driven by a working fluid. The feedback control device for controlling the stroke correctly controls the stroke using a simple means by compensating secular changes in the flow rate control valve that controls the working fluid. The device for controlling the stroke of an actuator 110 is provided with a single flow rate control valve 1 for controlling the feed and discharge of the working fluid, and the flow rate control valve is operated to control the stroke by feedback. The flow rate control valve 1 has a neutral position where the working fluid is neither fed nor discharged, and a flow rate control valve control device 9 is provided with a learning device 91 for learning variations in the neutral position. The feedback control is executed, i.e., the flow rate control valve 1 is operated by adding a value of the neutral position learned by the learning device 91 to the feedback operation amount output by a PID operation unit 94, whereby a change in the flow rate characteristics caused by secular change is compensated.

摘要: A clutch control device for vehicle equipped with a clutch actuator driven by a working fluid, wherein secular change in the flow rate control valve for controlling the working fluid is compensated, and the rate of connection of the clutch is correctly controlled by a simple means. To control the stroke of a clutch actuator 110, the clutch control device is provided with a single flow rate control valve 1 that controls the feed and discharge of the working fluid by using an electromagnetic solenoid. A flow rate control valve control device 9 is provided with a learning device 91 that learns the neutral position of the flow rate control valve 1 which shuts off the flow of the working fluid, separately detects the amounts of electric current to a coil 8 of when the rate of change in the stroke becomes zero depending upon the directions in which the valve body of the flow control valve 1 moves, and learns the central point at the neutral position by averaging the detected values. In controlling the stroke of the clutch, the amount of electric current to the coil 8 is corrected based on the learned value to compensate for a change in the flow rate characteristics by secular changes.

The clutch control device has a single flow rate control valve 1 for controlling the feed and discharge of the working fluid to change the stroke of the clutch actuator 110. A flow rate control valve control device 9 is provided with a learning device 91 for learning the neutral position. To control the stroke, the flow rate control valve control device 9 corrects the amount of electric current to a coil 8 of an electromagnetic solenoid based on a value learned by the learning device 91 and compensates a change in the flow rate characteristics caused by secular change. The neutral position is learned when the rate of change in the stroke is substantially zero.
