摘要： The foaming window for making a foam useful in the manufacture of artificial leather is expanded through the use of a foamable composition comprising (A) a propylene-α-olefin copolymer, (B) a molecular melt (MM) comprising 4,4′-oxydibenzenesulfonylazide (DPO-BSA) and an antioxidant, and (C) a blowing agent. The foaming window can be expanded such that foaming can occur at 220° C. for 20 to 200 or more seconds.

摘要： Artificial leather comprising a multi-layer structure comprises a top coating layer, a middle foam layer, and a bottom fabric layer. The top coating layer comprises a propylene- alpha-olefin copolymer in combination with one or more elastomeric compounds, the foam layer also comprises a propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer in combination with one or more elastomeric compounds plus a blowing agent, and the fabric layer comprises a nonwoven spunbond material.

摘要： There is provided olefin-based cross-linked thermoplastic elastomers and a preparation method thereof. The TPE comprises a thermoplastic polyolefin resin; an ethylene-propylene-dien rubber; an ethylene-octene copolymer; and a phenolic cross-linking agent. The TPE shows good tensile strength, tension set and compression set.
