    摘要: A matrix resin composition for fiber reinforced composite materials is described. The resin is thermosetting and achieves a glass transition temperature of at least 177° C. (Tg), obtained by curing under anaerobic conditions at room temperature. The matrix resin will streamline composite fabrication processes by eliminating the need for heating during the cure process. The implications of this development are significant in terms of the ease of use and elimination of procedural steps. While the resin system was developed specifically for vacuum bagging, it is expected to be viable for other composite fabrication methods including resin transfer molding (RTM) and vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM). The resin system is viable for use with carbon fiber reinforcements to fabricate laminates at least 0.20 inches thick. The resulting laminates have low porosity and mechanical properties equivalent to those prepared with common epoxy matrix resins.

    摘要: An inventive electrically conductive rubber composition contains: a rubber component including SBR and/or NBR, and 20 to 30 parts by mass of epichlorohydrin rubber based on 100 parts by mass of the overall rubber component; a crosslinking component; a foaming component; and a potassium salt of an anion having a fluoro group and a sulfonyl group in its molecule, the potassium salt being present in a proportion of not less than 0.01 part by mass and not greater than 1 part by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the overall rubber component. An inventive transfer roller (1) includes a roller body (2) formed from the electrically conductive rubber composition.

    摘要: A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer attached polarizing film of invention includes a polarizing film; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the polarizing film, wherein the polarizing film comprises a polarizer and a transparent protective film provided on only one side of the polarizer, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on a side of the polarizer opposite to the side on which the transparent protective film is provided, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is made from a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition including a (meth)acryl-based polymer (A), an onium-anion salt (B1), and an alkali metal salt (B2). The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer attached polarizing film has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer possessing an antistatic function and satisfactory durability even after a humidity test under severe conditions and is less prone to degradation of optical properties even after a humidity test under severe conditions.

    摘要: Provided are a fluororesin composition having a low electrostatic propensity, and a fluororesin molded article having a low electrostatic propensity that is configured from a fluororesin composition. A thermoplastic fluororesin composition that comprises a fluororesin, two or more kinds of vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene terpolymers and an ionic liquid, wherein said terpolymers include a terpolymer selected from among terpolymers containing 30-45 mol % of vinylidene fluoride and a terpolymer selected from among terpolymers containing 5-25 mol % of vinylidene fluoride; and a fluororesin molded article.
