摘要： Disclosed is a method of producing a polyester fire-retardant core matrix for a prefabricated panel. The method includes adding a fire-retardant agent to a polyester floss to allow the fire-retardant agent to permeate into the polyester floss, rolling the polyester floss, drenched by the fire-retardant agent, using a roller to promote permeation of the fire-retardant agent into the polyester floss, drawing the excess fire-retardant agent from the polyester floss using a perforated roller, of which an air suction force is easily controlled, drying the semi-dried polyester floss using a microwave generating unit, and foaming the dried polyester floss using a heater. The polyester fire-retardant core matrix has advantages of excellent fire-retardancy, high strength, and low absorptivity.

The method includes the steps of forming an inductor pattern in an insulation layer after forming the insulation layer on a lower layer pattern, forming a barrier metal layer on a surface of the insulation layer including the inductor pattern, forming a copper thin film on the barrier metal layer by a thickness enough to fill the inductor pattern with the copper thin film, planarizing the copper thin film through a planar process by using slurry providing a high polishing rate identical to or more than 10,000 Å/min, and removing the barrier metal layer from the insulation layer through the planar process using slurry capable of polishing a barrier metal. Since slurry providing the high polishing rate is used, copper is polished at a high polishing rate under a conventional polishing condition or a low polishing pressure condition.

摘要： A stabilized emulsion is employed to produce shelf stable, controlled release, discrete, solid particles or pellets which contain an encapsulated and/or embedded component, such as a readily oxidizable component, such as omega-3 fatty acids. An oil encapsulant component which contains an active, sensitive encapsulant, dissolved and/or dispersed in an oil is admixed with an aqueous component and a film-forming component to form an emulsion. An antioxidant for prevention of oxidation of the active, sensitive encapsulant, and a film-softening component or plasticizer for the film-forming component may be included in the emulsion. The emulsion is stabilized by subjecting it to homogenization. The pellets are produced by first reducing the water content of the stabilized emulsion so that the film-forming component forms a film around the oil droplets and encapsulates the encapsulant. In embodiments of the invention, the water content of the homogenized emulsion may be reduced by spray-drying to produce a powder. In other embodiments of the invention, after homogenization, the water content of the emulsion may be reduced by admixing the emulsion with at least one matrix material to thereby encapsulate the film-coated oil droplets within the matrix material. After the water content of the emulsion is reduced, a protective coating is applied on the film-coated oil droplets to obtain pellets.
