摘要： A circuit breaker controller is mounted on each vehicle of an electric train together with a receiver that detects a track antenna beacon installed at a predetermined position before and after the dead section, to control a circuit breaker by detecting the track antenna beacon by the receiver. The circuit breaker controller includes a running-position calculation unit that calculates a running position of the vehicle based on a speed of the electric train, a circuit-breaker control-position calculation unit that calculates a circuit-breaker off-control position, and a circuit breaker control unit that executes off-control of the circuit breaker at a point in time at which the running position and the circuit-breaker off-control position match each other.

摘要： A reverse rotation preventing device for a Diesel engine which can stop, when the engine exhibits a stopping tendency, operation of the engine to prevent reverse rotation of the engine with certainty and can automatically release a stopping interlock after stopping of the engine. The device comprises an engine stopping mechanism, an engine speed detecting mechanism, a comparing mechanism for comparing a detection value developed from the engine speed detecting mechanism with a reference value which is set in advance as a low engine speed with which stopping of the engine may be resulted, a judging mechanism for judging in accordance with the detection value whether or not the engine is in a deceleration tendency, an outputting mechanism for outputting an engine stopping signal to the engine stopping mechanism when the detection value is lower than the reference value and the engine is in a deceleration tendency, and a timer mechanism for interrupting the outputting of the engine stopping signal after lapse of a predetermined interval of time.

摘要： The present invention provides a toner recycling control system which stably feeds a liquid developer of an appropriate concentration to a liquid developing apparatus employing a high-viscosity liquid developer; appropriately adjusts the concentration of residual developer collected after development and after transfer; and feeds the adjusted developer to the developing apparatus. The toner recycling control system collects a post-development residual developer from a developer-bearing body and a post-transfer residual developer from an image-bearing body; performs developer concentration adjustment to yield an adjusted developer; and feeds the adjusted developer back to the developer-bearing body. Thus, the toner recycling control system includes a concentration adjustment tank which stores the collected developer and is replenished with a concentrated developer and carrier liquid for developer concentration adjustment; and a buffer tank which receives and stores a liquid developer which has undergone concentration adjustment in the concentration adjustment tank. Once adjusted to an appropriate concentration, the liquid developer is fed to the developer-bearing body from the buffer tank.

摘要： A switch mechanism 70 discriminates as to whether a lever 40 is in a detent position or not. When the lever is in the detent position, a detent device 80 is activated by a fluid pressure to produce a force for holding the lever in the detent position. The operation of the detent device is dismissed when the lever is not in the detent position. A pressure sensor 97 detects whether the operator's hand is in touch with the grip 49 of the lever, thus determining whether the operation of the detent device 80 is necessary. An actuator 30 is operated or stopped in response to manipulation of the lever. When the lever is moved to a position other than the detent position, an operation reaction force of a level corresponding to the load pressure in the actuator is applied by reaction force device 60, 60' to the lever so as to enable the operator to sense any change in the load pressure and starting operation of the actuator. When the lever is in the detent position, the reaction force device 60, 60' does not operate so as to enhance the efficiency of the operation of the detent device 80 for holding the lever.

摘要： A full-color electrophotographic apparatus of the present invention is configured such that a toner image is formed on an intermediate transfer member. The intermediate transfer member is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the softening start temperature of resin contained in a liquid toner and equal to or lower than the withstand temperature of a photoconductor member. A carrier-removing roller to which bias can be applied abuts the intermediate transfer member so as to remove a carrier while packing softened toner by the force of an electric field induced by bias. In a transfer section for transfer to a printing medium, a backup roller presses the printing medium against the intermediate transfer member, and the toner image is transferred from the intermediate transfer member to the printing medium. Before being pressed against the toner image on the intermediate transfer member, the printing medium is heated. Bias is applied to the backup roller such that the toner image on the intermediate transfer is attracted toward the printing medium by the action of an electric field, thereby assisting transfer. By so doing, the intermediate transfer member does not need to undergo cooling before coming into contact with the photoconductor member, thereby avoiding occurrence of thermal damage to the photoconductor member.

If the operator's use language is different from a language of the standard key indication on the keyboard, the keyboard is covered by the sheet supporting the operator's use language. In this way, an electronic apparatus coupled to the keyboard is set to support the language environment of the operator.
