    摘要: A non-contact electric power transmission and reception system includes an electric power transmission portion for transmitting electric power to a vehicle in a non-contact manner, an electric power reception portion for receiving electric power from the electric power transmission portion in a non-contact manner, and a control device. The control device carries out control such that electric power is transmitted and received when efficiency in reception in the electric power reception portion, of electric power transmitted from the electric power transmission portion is higher than a threshold value. This threshold value can variably be set for the control device. Preferably, the control device sets higher one of a first threshold value determined in correspondence with the electric power transmission device and a second threshold value determined in correspondence with the vehicle as the threshold value.
