摘要: For example, a blended composition is produced first by letting a monomer composition, mainly composed of alkyl (meth)acrylate and including a compound having a plurality of polymeric groups within a molecule, contain microscopic particles, such as carbon black, having an average primary particle size in a range between 1 nm and 200 nm, and then the blended composition is polymerized. Consequently, it has become possible to produce inexpensive crosslinked elastomer having excellent physical properties, such as small creep (low creep) in compression set, tensile elongation set, etc., and excellent mechanical strength, such as tensile break strength and tensile break elongation, in a simple procedure omitting the post-crosslinking step at a high-level productivity while saving energy and time spent in the kneading step.

摘要: A nozzle for injecting a semiconductive coating material from the internal diameter side of a stator to the external diameter side of the stator is inserted in a core duct serving as an air flow passage between adjacent slots, and the semiconductive coating material is coated on the surface of the stator coil exposed to the air flow passage without drawing out the stator coil from the slot in the stator core to form a semiconductive coating layer, thereby repairing exfoliation of the semiconductive coating material on the surface of the stator coil.

摘要: A device for conveying a document of the present invention includes an insertion sensor for sensing a document inserted into the device. A conveying member conveys the document to a preselected reading position. A discharging member drives the document read out of the device. A discharge sensor senses the trailing edge of the document at a position adjoining the discharging member. When the discharge sensor senses the trailing edge of the document being discharged by the discharging member, a controller interrupts the operation of said discharging member. When the insertion sensor senses the next document after the discharging member has nipped the trailing edge of the preceding document, the controller inhibits the conveying member from conveying the next document.

摘要: In a contact lens visual inspection method and apparatus, a contact lens insertion portion of a container is first imaged by an image pickup device and then an area which locates on the container and is unnecessary for the visual inspection of a contact lens is extracted from the image of the contact lens insertion portion to form a mask image. Thereafter, a system containing the contact lens insertion portion of the container, the preservation liquid filled in the contact lens insertion portion and the contact lens placed in the contact lens insertion portion is imaged as an inspection object by the imaging device to obtain an inspection object image, the inspection object image is overlapped with the mask image, and the mask image is subtracted from the inspection object image to set as a visual inspection area the area corresponding to a subtracting image obtained by said subtracting step. The defects of the contact lens such as soil, foreign matter, scratch, breakage, peripheral damage, etc. detected for the visual inspection area.

摘要: Disclosed are a shading film formed on a transparent substrate for forming a color filter, and a shading coating for forming the shading film. The shading film is made up of particles of a material with a layered lattice structure. The maximum diameter of the particles is 3 .mu.m or less, with the average diameter in the 0.05 .mu.m to 0.08 .mu.m range, and 40 to 95 wt % of the particles have a diameter of 0.1 .mu.m or less. The average aspect ratio of the particles is 10/1 or greater. The shading coating contains: a particulate material with a layered lattice structure and satisfying the characteristics relating to the particle size described above; and a dispersion medium for dispersing the particulate material. Water is used as the dispersion medium.
