摘要: A spray gun (31) is attached to a multi-function unit (32) movable in a horizontal direction and a perpendicular direction. The spray gun (31) is mounted to a support holder (33), and the support holder (33) is connected to a support arm (35) of the multi-function unit (32). The support arm (35) is attached to a unit cover (36) which is openable/closable with respect to a casing (2). The support holder (33) and the support arm (35) can hide and house a liquid hose and an air hose therein so that the hoses and the like are arranged in an apparatus in such a state as to be completely free from being exposed. An installation position of the spray gun (31) can be finely adjusted by the multi-function unit (32) during a coating process, thereby enabling a control for keeping constant distances between tablet surfaces and the spray gun (31).

摘要: A non-transitory storage medium stores software for performing a rinsing process on a substrate, after a developing process is performed on a light-exposed pattern disposed thereon. The sequence includes throwing off a developing solution from the substrate after development; supplying a water-based cleaning liquid onto the substrate; supplying a surfactant-containing rinsing liquid onto the substrate to replace liquid remaining on the substrate with the surfactant-containing rinsing liquid; and rotating the substrate to expand and throw off the surfactant-containing rinsing liquid on the substrate.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of surface-treating an aluminum heat exchanger for vehicles in which a sufficient amount of photocatalytic metal oxide particles are retained on a surface of the heat exchanger in a state capable of exhibiting a photocatalytic activity thereof to remove VOC in a compartment of the vehicles by irradiating an ultraviolet ray thereto in an efficient manner. The method of surface-treating an aluminum heat exchanger for vehicles according to the present invention includes (1) a step of dispersing photocatalytic metal oxide particles whose surface is modified with apatite in an aqueous solution in which a low-temperature heat-decomposable resin is dissolved, to prepare a slurry; (2) a step of applying the slurry onto a surface of the heat exchanger; and (3) a step of drying the heat exchanger at a temperature of from 150 to 280° C. to decompose and remove a part of the low-temperature heat-decomposable resin on the surface of the photocatalytic metal oxide particles.

摘要: The invention relates to heat exchangers for use in motor vehicles or for industrial use, for example, to heat exchangers for use as evaporators, condensers, oil coolers, intercoolers, heater cores, etc. The invention provides a heat exchanger comprising pairs of plates with each plate of the pair having formed on one side thereof a peripheral ridge, central ridge and channel dividing U-shaped ridges which are formed by forging or cutting. Each pair of plates are fitted together and joined, with channel recesses thereof opposed to each other to form a flat tube and a plurality of U-shaped divided fluid passageways in a U-shaped fluid channel inside the tube. Each pair of adjacent flat tubes are joined by spectacle-shaped header members interposed between the upper ends of the tubes and each comprising a front and a rear fluid passing tube portion and a connecting portion therebetween to provide a front and a rear header in communication with the upper ends of the flat tubes. The flat tubes have a reduced front-to-rear width, diminished wall thickness (thinner layers) and increased heat transfer efficiency to provide a heat exchanger which achieves a higher heat transfer efficiency and greatly improved heat exchange performance.
