摘要： The invention provides a display device that includes: a separating section that generates a separation image signal, which specifies the gradations of a plurality of color components and the gradations of a plurality of white components, from an input image signal, which specifies the gradations of a plurality of primary color components for each of a plurality of pixels; and a displaying section that displays a single-color image corresponding to one of the color components and the white components sequentially on the basis of the generated separation image signal in each of a plurality of subfields allocated in a frame in such a manner that subfields corresponding to each of the plurality of the white components are distanced from each other or one another on a time axis.

摘要： An exposure head includes a substrate in which a first light emitting device and a second light emitting device are arranged in a direction parallel or substantially parallel to a moving direction of an exposed side to the imaged light. An imaging optical system is provided for imaging light from the first light emitting device and the second light emitting device to expose the exposed side. A control unit selects one light emitting device from the first light emitting device and the second light emitting device, allowing the selected light emitting device to emit light in accordance with a driving signal, and allowing the non-selected light emitting device to not emit light.
