摘要: An electromagnetic pilot type selector valve which can serve as a double-solenoid type selector valve or a single-solenoid type selector valve by merely increasing or decreasing the number of solenoid mechanisms and by providing a few component parts. This selector valve includes large and small pistons having different pressure receiving areas for driving a main valve disc. When two solenoid mechanisms are mounted, the main valve disc is switched over by pilot fluid pressure alternately applied on the two pistons. When one solenoid mechanism is mounted, the main valve disc is switched over by switching pilot fluid pressure applied on the large size piston, while the main valve disc is constantly pushed in one direction by pilot fluid pressure applied on the small size piston.

摘要: A double-solenoid type electromagnetic valve having two solenoids integrally connected is disclosed. The solenoids of the electromagnetic valve have the same structure and the same external shape and have connecting mechanisms with engaging rims and engaging grooves on the sides. By connecting the connecting mechanisms with each other, the solenoids are closely connected and overlapped without any gap between them.

An inner diameter of the valve hole a lateral length of an opening of the port are set to substantially the highest value as determined by lateral width of the valve body, and longitudinal diameter a of an opening of each port, i.e. length in axial direction in the valve hole, is set to such a size that a characteristic value given by a/W.sup.2 is 1.5 to 2.2.times.10.sup.-2.

摘要: In order to prevent wearing caused by collision when a movable iron core is drawn to a fixed iron core and also to prevent wearing caused by contact when the movable iron core slides in an iron core hole of an electromagnetic valve, a cap mounted on a forward end of the movable iron core and made of an elastic material is provided with a guide tube unit to be engaged in an iron core hole and with a flange unit located on outer side of the iron core hole. Outer diameter of the guide tube unit is designed slightly larger than outer diameter of the movable iron core, and it is slidably engaged in the iron core hole. Distance between the flange unit and outer wall of the iron core hole is designed slightly shorter than distance between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core so that, when power is turned on, the flange unit is brought into contact with outer wall of the iron core hole before the movable iron core collides against the fixed iron core.

摘要: To provide an electromagnetic valve where an end cover can easily be fitted into a valve hole, and a valve body can be small-sized. In an electromagnetic valve provided with a valve portion 1 having a valve body switching flow paths according to approach to/separation from a valve seat in a housing 10 and a solenoid portion 2 driving the valve body, the housing 10 is formed from electrically insulating synthetic resin, a current conduction terminals 40 constituting a current conduction system of the solenoid portion is inserted into a terminal insertion hole 45 opened on a joining face 10a of the housing 10 with the solenoid portion 2 so that the solenoid portion and the valve portion are fixed to each other, and an opening 48 through which contact terminals 53 extend front the outside to the current conduction terminals 40 in the terminal insertion hole 45 to be electrically connected thereto is provided in the housing.
