The present invention relates to an insulinotropic peptide conjugate having improved in-vivo duration of efficacy and stability, comprising an insulinotropic peptide, a non-peptide polymer and a carrier substance, which are covalently linked to each other, and a use of the same. The insulinotropic peptide conjugate of the present invention has the in-vivo activity which is maintained relatively high, and has remarkably increased blood half-life, and thus it can be desirably employed in the development of long acting formulations of various peptide drugs.

Disclosed are a protein conjugate with improved in vivo duration and stability and the use thereof. The protein conjugate includes a physiologically active polypeptide, a non-peptide polymer and an immunoglobulin Fc fragment. Since the three components are covalently linked, the protein conjugate has extended in vivo duration and enhanced stability for the physiologically active polypeptide. The protein conjugate maintains the in vivo activity at relatively high levels and remarkably increases the serum half-life for the physiologically active polypeptide, with less risk of inducing undesirable immune responses. Thus, the protein conjugate is useful for developing long-acting formulations of various polypeptide drugs.

An anode composition for a lithium secondary battery is provided. The anode composition comprises an anode active material, a conductive material, and an acrylonitrile-acrylic acid copolymer with a high molecular weight as a binder. The acrylonitrile-acrylic acid copolymer has a molar ratio of acrylonitrile to acrylic acid of 1:0.01-2. Further provided are a method for preparing the anode composition and a lithium secondary battery using the anode composition. The binder has improved resistance to an electrolyte solution due to its enhanced adhesive strength. In addition, the use of the anode composition prevents the active material layer from being peeled off or separated from a current collector during charge and discharge to achieve improved capacity and cycle life characteristics of the battery.

A method to process a fade effect in the image recording/reproducing device includes filming a moving image, encoding the filmed moving image, and applying the fade effect when the moving image is encoded and recording a moving image file. In the moving image file, a second section to which the fade effect is applied is located after a first section to which the fade effect is not applied. Accordingly, distinguishing the moving image file with the fade effect in a reproduction mode, a preview mode of a window explorer and an image editing application without changing an algorithm is possible.
