    摘要: A liquid crystal display (LCD) includes an LCD panel, a scan driver, a timing controller and a data driver. The LCD panel includes first and second pixel rows. The timing controller determines a correction voltage index according to an absolute difference between an average of original pixel voltages corresponding to original pixel data of all pixels of the first pixel row, and an average of original pixel voltages corresponding to original pixel data of all pixels of the second pixel row, determines a correction voltage according to the correction voltage index, determines an adjusted pixel voltage in a target pixel according to an original pixel voltage of the target pixel in the second pixel row and the correction voltage, and outputs adjusted pixel data corresponding to the adjusted pixel voltage. The data driver outputs the adjusted pixel voltage to the target pixel according to the adjusted pixel data.

During a first scan period, a first scan line and a second scan line of the active matrix display are both at a high voltage level so that a first pixel electrode of the display is electrically connected to a data line of the display, and a second pixel electrode of the display is electrically connected to the first pixel electrode. During a second scan period, the first scan line is at the high voltage level while the second scan line is at a low voltage level so that the first pixel electrode is electrically connected to the data line and the second pixel electrode is electrically disconnected from the first pixel electrode.

    摘要: Motion blur associated with hold-type display devices may be reduced by eye tracking compensation. Eye tracking compensation may depend on the magnitude and direction of a motion vector, which may be used to generate a human-vision image compensation signal. An original input image signal and the human-vision image compensation signal may be used to generate and output a compensated image signal. As a result, motion blur arising from eye tracking characteristics is reduced.

    摘要: Motion blur associated with hold-type display devices may be reduced by eye tracking compensation. Eye tracking compensation may depend on the magnitude and direction of a motion vector, which may be used to generate a human-vision image compensation signal.
