    摘要: [Objective] To provide a gas sensor in which the insulation among conduction members is stably secured through stable maintenance of the insulation property of a separator provided within a sheath, whereby a normal output can be obtained from a detection element.[Means for Solution] Coating layers 64 and 69 of fluorine or a fluorine compound are formed on the surface of a separator 60 (a front separator 61 and a rear separator 66) of an NOx sensor. The coating layers 64 and 69 have water impermeability and water repellency. Even in the case where moisture contained in the atmosphere within a sheath 30 forms dew on the surface of the separator 60, the coating layers 64 and 69 having water impermeability prevent soaking of moisture into the separator 60, to thereby secure the insulation property of the separator 60. Also, the coating layers 64 and 69 having water repellency prevent a water droplet from spreading on the surface of the separator 60 with resultant formation of a film of water, to thereby prevent flow of leakage current via a film of water.

An inner-layer ground electrode is provided on substantially an entire boundary surface between the lower layer region and the interlayer region and on substantially an entire boundary surface between the interlayer region and the upper layer region. In the interlayer region, a digital line and an inner-layer ground electrode are alternately arranged in the lamination direction.

    摘要: An excitation current processor of a current controller processes the excitation current corresponding to the magnetic flux instruction from the magnetic flux instruction processor. It multiplies this excitation current with a boost coefficient to obtain an excitation current instruction. Here, the boost coefficient is determined based on the difference obtained by subtracting the magnetic flux estimation value processed by the magnetic flux processor based on the excitation current feedback from the voltage conversion device from the magnetic flux instruction input from the magnetic flux instruction processor. Further, the boost coefficient can be found from the function of time from the start of the rise of the magnetic flux.

In this fixed-position stop control apparatus, the move instruction generated by the move-instruction generating means has acceleration smaller than the acceleration corresponding to the acceleration and deceleration ability of the rotation shaft. With this arrangement, time required for the rotation shaft to stop at a fixed position can be decreased.
