摘要: Using the dope containing the following cellulose acetate (1), (2), or (3), a film is prepared by the casting process: (1) a cellulose acetate having carboxyl groups binding to at least one member selected from the group consisting of a cellulose acetate and a hemicellulose acetate, wherein at least a part of said carboxyl groups are in an acidic form; (2) a cellulose acetate containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of an acid having an acid dissociation exponent pKa of 1.93 to 4.50 in water, an alkali metal salt of said acid and an alkaline earth metal of said acid; or (3) a cellulose acetate containing an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal wherein the total content of an alkaline metal and an alkaline earth metal in 1 gram of the cellulose acetate is from an effective amount to 5.5×10−6 equivalent (in terms of ion equivalent). The above cellulose acetate is also useful for spinning process. The cellulose acetate includes a cellulose diacetate and a cellulose triacetate. The cellulose acetate of the present invention has high film-releasability from a support and excellent optical characteristics.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a composite sheet which includes: conveying a first continuous sheet in a first direction so as to abut a depressed surface of a mold member; forming an absorbent body by depositing liquid-absorbent particles on a portion of the first sheet proximal to a suction hole of the mold; and joining a second sheet over the first sheet having the absorbent body that is deposited therebetween, the second sheet being continuously transported in the first direction. A plurality of opposed slope members guide the liquid-absorbent particles onto the first sheet located on the mold member. At least one of the plurality of slope members causes the liquid-absorbent particles to reverse their falling direction from an upper slope member.

摘要: This invention prevents a break in a signal wire disposed between wire ends due to attenuation and improves production yields of devices. In a standard cell, a first signal wire extends in a first direction. Second and third signal wires extend in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction and are facing each other across the first signal wire. The second and third signal wires have the widths larger than the width of the first signal wire.

摘要: Water disintegratability of a tobacco filter is improved by incorporating a super absorbent resin into a tobacco smoke filter medium in a tobacco filter comprising a main constitutive element of the tobacco smoke filter medium, and a water-soluble polymer as a binder for shaping the constitutive element. The constitutive element includes particulate or fibrous cellulose and cellulose esters (e.g. cellulose acetate). The water-absorption ratio of the super absorbent resin is about 10 to 1,000 times, and the amount of the resin is about 0.05 to 50 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the main constitutive element of the tobacco smoke filter medium.

摘要: An image display device comprises a first control part, a first storage, and a display part. The first storage holds rendering elements, each of which includes a combination of rendering target information and rendering setting information, and a priority order assigned to each rendering element. The rendering target information includes data identification information which designates three-dimensional data of a rendering target and mask information which designates a rendering target area. The rendering setting information includes information which designates a two-dimensional image rendering method and rendering parameter. The first control part determines, based on the rendering setting information and the mask information, whether executing priority processing is necessary. If it is determined that it is necessary to execute the priority processing, either the mask information or the rendering parameter is modified, and a two-dimensional image is rendered based on the rendering elements whereupon the priority processing is executed.
