    摘要: In an air passage switching device, a flexible film moves to traverse an air passage of an air duct, thereby switching and controlling a communication state of the air passage. A thickness t of the film, a glass transition temperature Tg thereof and a radius of curvature r thereof are set so that a relationship expressed by a formula of t≦(0.00578×Tg0.448×r0.333) is satisfied and a bending stiffness of the film is set equal to or higher than 1 &mgr;N·m2. Accordingly, the film can be restricted from being buckling-deformed and from being damaged. As a result, an air leakage amount from a clearance between the film and the air passage due to the deformation can be effectively restricted.

    摘要: In an air passage opening/closing device for an air conditioner, a slide door for opening and closing an opening portion of a case includes a flexible film member having a free top end that moves forward by pushing force in a door moving direction. A movement of the film member is guided along a guide ditch. The guide ditch is provided so that the film member is approached to a seal surface in a direction perpendicular to a door moving direction, in comparison with the other seal surface on a peripheral portion of the opening portion. For example, a pushing member for pushing the film member to the seal surface in the direction perpendicular to the door moving direction can be provided. Accordingly, air leakage due to a bending habit of the film member can be restricted.

    摘要: An air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle has a unit case, a heat exchanger for generating a heated air, a bypass passage through which a bypass air flows while bypassing the heat exchanger, and a baffle member having first passages and second passages. The unit case has openings for introducing a conditioned air into a passenger compartment. The openings are aligned in an alignment direction across a width of the unit case. The first passages and second passages are alternately arranged in the alignment direction. One of the bypass air and the heated air has an uneven distribution of a flow speed in the alignment direction at a position upstream of the baffle member, and flows in the first passages. Widths of the first passages are varied according to the distribution of the flow speed.

    摘要: An interior of an air conditioning case is partitioned into a first air passage extending from an inside air suction port to a foot opening portion and a second air passage extending from an outside air suction port is disposed at a side of the first air passage to detect a temperature of air blown out from the evaporator disposed in the first air passage and the second air passage. An operation of the compressor for supplying the refrigerant to the evaporator is intermitted by comparing the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and the set temperature set in advance, and the set temperature is changed to be higher according to an increase in the temperature of outside air. In this way, it is possible to prevent the frosting of the evaporator in winter season, when the inside air is introduced into the first air passage and the outside air is introduced into the second air passage.

    摘要: According to the present invention, an air conditioning apparatus include a case partitioned into a first air passage and a second air passage by partition plates (16-19), a heat exchanger such as a heater core. The heater exchanger is sandwiched between the partition plates. Further, the heat exchanger is formed by laminating tubes and a fin while the fin is disposed in each main air passage formed between tube walls of the tubes. Each end of the partition plates is opposite to each end of the tubes so that the partition plates are parallel to the tubes. In this way, airflows which respectively have passed from the air first and second passages pass through the heat exchanger without being mixed with each other therein. As a result, the separation characteristics of airflows can be improved.
