    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for delay scheduling, comprising: sending, by a base station, delay scheduling information to a terminal for performing delay scheduling on the terminal; receiving, by the terminal, the delay scheduling information, and stopping monitoring a Physical Downlink Control Channel PDCCH and entering a delay scheduling state according to the received delay scheduling information; and restarting monitoring the PDCCH and terminating the delay scheduling state according to the delay scheduling information. The present disclosure also discloses a delay scheduling system, which enhances an overload processing ability of network. Meanwhile, a mass of radio resources required to access to the network may be saved, and thereby the radio resources can be saved effectively, the load at the network side is relieved.

The method includes: in a process of establishing a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection, a user equipment sending a RRC connection request message to a base station, and carrying information used for indicating an current access property in the RRC connection request message; and the base station judging whether to permit the user equipment to establish the RRC connection according to the information used for indicating the current access property. It enables the user equipment to report more accurate information related to call establishment types, so as to assist a network side to perform more flexible and precise admission control.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for delay scheduling, comprising: sending, by a base station, delay scheduling information to a terminal for performing delay scheduling on the terminal; receiving, by the terminal, the delay scheduling information, and stopping monitoring a Physical Downlink Control Channel PDCCH and entering a delay scheduling state according to the received delay scheduling information; and restarting monitoring the PDCCH and terminating the delay scheduling state according to the delay scheduling information. The system is used to implement the method for cell update. The method and system enables the UE to perform cell update without restriction.

    摘要: A method and user equipment for reporting a measurement result in carrier aggregation are provided. The method for reporting the measurement result of carrier aggregation includes: the user equipment reporting a measurement report which carries measurement results of part of or all of component carriers in a same carrier-aggregation cell. With the invention, the problem that a network cannot correctly evaluate the channel quality of a carrier-aggregation cell because the network can only acquire the measurement result on a single component carrier is resolved. The present invention further can assure a service quality when the UE performs handover between cells of carrier aggregation, and satisfy good performance of UE mobility between carrier-aggregation cells.
