    摘要: Provided is an operating tool for organism, in particular, a microwave endoscope forceps. In terms of the operating tool for organism, provided is a multifunctional operating tool which has holding and scissors functions simultaneously, and may further perform coagulation (tissue fixation) by microwaves. The operating tool has no definite fulcrum, and has both the holding and scissors functions with a simple structure by deforming a long-track rod called beam. Two blades are insulated from each other so as to allow microwave current supply. With this structure, an operating tool having three functions, i.e., “a holding function”, “a coagulating function”, and “a cutting function” with a single tool may be developed.

The optical fiber reproducing device includes a detection unit that detects the position information of a marker as a well-known pattern from a page as a 2-dimensional reproduction signal from a hologram, a detection error position estimating unit that estimates presence/absence of detection error in the position information of the marker and estimates the position where the detection error occurs if there is detection error, a position correcting unit that corrects the marker position information of the detection error position specified by the detection error position estimating unit, and a signal detection unit that detects each signal from within the page based on the corrected marker position information.

    摘要: An endoscopic forceps is provided. A movable blade electrode and a fixed blade electrode form a pair of electrodes. The fixed blade electrode is electrically contacted onto an external electric conductor of a coaxial cable in the sheath conduit. A force application point of the movable blade electrode is connected to a center electric conductor of the coaxial cable. A pivot point of the movable blade electrode is provided on the movable blade electrode. The coaxial cable is slid with respect to the sheath conduit so that parallel moving added to the coaxial cable is transmitted to the movable blade electrode as turnable moving about the pivot point via the force application point of the movable blade electrode. A high frequency wave can be applied between the movable blade electrode and the fixed blade electrode via the external electric conductor and the center electric conductor of the coaxial cable.
