摘要: The method for forming the monodisperse granular film includes: providing an initial substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, forming a sacrificial layer, an adhesive layer and a monodisperse granular layer over the first surface, where the monodisperse granular layer includes multiple granules arranged dispersedly over the first surface, the sacrificial layer is between the multiple granules and the initial substrate, the adhesive layer is between adjacent granules of the multiple granules, and the adhesive layer is exposed between adjacent granules on a side of the multiple granules away from the initial substrate, dissolving and removing the initial substrate, and dissolving and removing the sacrificial layer. The embodiments of the present application are at least conducive to reducing the difficulty in forming the monodisperse granular film, and extending application scenarios of the stacked solar cell.

摘要: A semiconductor substrate, including a back surface having N-type conductive regions and P-type conductive regions. The N-type conductive regions are provided with first non-pyramidal texture structures, and the P-type conductive regions are provided with second non-pyramidal texture structures. A top surface of the first non-pyramidal texture structure is a polygonal plane, and a top surface of the second non-pyramidal texture structure is a polygonal plane. A one-dimensional size of the top surface of the first non-pyramidal texture structure is less than a one-dimensional size of the top surface of the second non-pyramidal texture structure. The one-dimensional size of the top surface of the first non-pyramidal texture structure is in a range of 5 μm to 12 μm. The one-dimensional size of the top surface of the second non-pyramidal texture structure is in a range of 10 μm to 40 μm.

摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a photovoltaic module including a base plate, a cell string and a cover plate stacked in order; a first packaging layer located between the base plate and the cover plate and surrounding the cell string, the first packaging layer, the base plate and the cover plate defining a sealed space; and a moisture treatment layer located in the sealed space. The moisture treatment layer includes at least one of a functional layer and a moisture detection layer. The functional layer is adaptive to absorb moisture and be converted into a solidified layer, the solidified layer has a degree of cross linking greater than a degree of cross linking of the functional layer. The moisture detection layer is adaptive to detect and determine whether there is moisture in the sealed space through response information of the moisture detection layer.

摘要: Disclosed are a solar cell and a tandem solar cell, and the solar cell includes a first conductive layer, a first carrier transport layer, a perovskite absorption layer, and a second conductive layer stacked along a first direction. The solar cell further includes a perovskite absorption layer including a bonding matrix and multiple monocrystal perovskite particles arranged in the bonding matrix, where the bonding matrix includes a first side and a second side opposite to the first side. At least some of the multiple monocrystal perovskite particles has first convex surfaces and second convex surfaces, the first convex surfaces protrude out of the first side and the second convex surfaces protrude out of the second side. The solar cell is at least beneficial for improving the stability and photoelectric conversion ability of the perovskite solar cell.
