A User Equipment (UE) receives D2D resource configuration information sent by a D2D control node. The UE configures D2D resources according to the D2D resource configuration information. The technical solution implements D2D resource configuration for a D2D UE.

The present invention provides a communication interval configuration method and device, a storage medium, and an apparatus. The method comprises: a base station receives an interface communication interval request message sent by a terminal, the interface being an interface between terminals; the base station sends an interface communication interval configuration message to the terminal according to the interface communication interval request message, and the terminal configures a communication interval for the interface according to the interface communication interval configuration message and performs a communication operation on the basis of the configured communication interval.

The present document discloses methods and apparatuses for reporting and processing information about a proximity service supporting capability. In the method, a first communication node determines indication information to be reported, herein the indication information is used for indicating information about a proximity service supporting capability of the first communication node, and the first communication node reports the indication information to a second communication node. According to the technical scheme provided by the present document, a base station can more reasonably and effectively allocate service resources to UE.

Provided are a method and device for processing pre-handover, User Equipment (UE) and a cell. The method includes that: UE receives pre-handover target cell configuration information sent by a serving cell; and the UE executes pre-handover procedure according to the pre-handover target cell configuration information. By the disclosure, the problems of low handover success rate and poor handover robustness of inter-cell handover in the related art are solved, and effects of enhancing robustness of inter-cell handover, increasing a success rate of inter-cell handover and improving network performance and a user experience are further achieved.
